Description of Work: they deep-cleaned one bedroom carpet, regular cleaned another, and scotchguarded both. It went well, the only issue was they were unable to completely get rid of the stains on the outside edge of the more soiled carpet, although it looked much better than before.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job however the owner informed me due to pet stains an additional $110.00 fee would apply pretty much doubling the cost and really losing any deal as I initially had expected.

Description of Work: Very pleasant couple came to clean the carpet. They offered additional services which I did not want to buy and in the end, did not need.

Description of Work: The equipment was rudimentary but they worked hard to get it up and down the stairs. The rugs looked fine immediately after they finished. It took much longer than anticipated for them to dry. When they did, there were several areas that had ugly brown stains from (leakage?) . I assume it was from equipment failure. I had paid extra for sanitizing so I was very disappointed.

Description of Work: Dust Busters have cleaned several pieces of upholstery for me in the past and I was quite satisfied with their professionalism and quality of their work. All pieces are antiques and with fine fabrics, however, they did an exceptional job. This time they cleaned, sanitized and Scotch Guarded two pieces I am selling. Would recommend their work.
