As you can see from our other ratings, we try to service all of our customer's in a quick, timely and efficient manner. As a policy to expedite service, insure that our clients are home in order to perform a service by placing a phone call prior to dispatching our service technicians to a home. With current technology, and the cell phone number we have on file it is very possible that the call may not have made it through. We cannot account for that, nor would we claim to be free from mistakes. What we would like to do is make it right. We are a company with principals. We are committed to always taking care of our customers and doing the right thing.
