Chris installed a new door in our walk out basement as well as additional support beams in the basement. We had previously asked two different companies for quotes for the back door replacement, one said it couldn't be done, the other never bothered to follow up with a quote. Chris looked at it, measured it, sent a quote and installed it perfectly. We're very happy with the work that was done and will not hesitate to hire Chris and his crew again as we continue to whittle away at our project list for this old house of ours!

Chris at CTE was great to work with again. Despite several delays from my chosen tile retailer, CTE worked with me patiently without complaint.

We contacted three contractors based on recommendations from a tile supplier and Angie's List. Chris Tarske responded immediately and within three days, made the hour drive to see us. He totally understood what was necessary to do the job right and recommended material and a process which would be guaranteed for life. A week later we reviewed and accepted his contract. His crew arrived at our house two weeks later and the entire job was finished in only two weeks. In 47 years of home ownership in various homes and many renovations, never have we had such a pleasant experience. Chris did not do all the work himself as had previous "experts," but he has excellent crews of true experts. And Chris manages to know exactly what is going on every step of the way. We are unbelievable pleased with Chris and his organization. I hope we never have to renovate again but if we do, our first call will be to Chris. His organization is just that good.

From our initial meeting with Chris we felt like we were in good hands, he came prepared with ideas and didn't flinch at the idea of the unknown that lurked under the floor and walls. The subs used were all professional, punctual, and did great work. Chris is a fantastic communicator always letting us know next steps, who would be in our home and when, and also any minor hiccups that are bound to occur in any remodel project. Chris is present and cares about the work/job that he stands behind. We could not be happier with the powder room and currently CT Enterprises is finishing up a Master Bathroom for us too. We have many more projects in this house to tackle and would not hesitate to hire CT Enterprises again. Attached photos show the before and after.

Great. This is the third job Chris has done for me since 2013, two bathroom remodels, partial kitchen remodel and the picnic shelter. Chris and his crew were excellent and their creative use of materials showed imagination and talent. They went beyond the basics to personalize the project. All of those who worked on the project sought to go beyond expectations. They arrived when the said they would and the attention to detail by both Chris and his employees surpassed what I anticipated. I have no reservations recommending CT Enterprises or any of those he employs.

All the work went well and was priced fairly. The only problem was some damage to a driveway retaining wall with their truck and trailer.

I am a retired electrician, and am familiar with most construction practices. Chris came out within a few days of our initial correspondence, and one day later had several quotes with options. The whole project was completed within 10 days of our first meeting ! Chris and his crews are very detail oriented, and I am very pleased with the outcome.

This is the second time I have used CT Enterprises. I got several estimates from various companies. CT Enterprises gave me the best price. The young lady who manages the office is very polite and has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Another reason that I like this company is because the employees are courteous, professional, and prompt. I really appreciate the manner that they protected my lawn and cleaned up afterward. I remained well informed during the construction phases. CT Enterprises performed a most excellent job. Like I said, this is the second time I have used them. I definitely recommend them to anyone because it is apparent this company takes pride in their work.

CT Enterprises was by far the best contractor we have ever had. Chris is hands on and onsite daily to oversee progress on the project. His crew are honest, hardworking individuals that have a pleasant attitude and are always ready to fulfill any requests that you might ask of them. We were very pleased with the result. Chris Tarske was helpful in the planning process and the bid was reasonable. His professional crew was always on time, careful about cleaning up, and worked cheerfully around bad weather and our personal schedule.

The results of this project exceeded my expectations. Planning and project proposal were done very professionally with adequate cost detail and constant communication. All members of the crew were courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, skilled and experienced. They also suggested and made adaptations to the project as needed and their creativity was much appreciated. They cleaned up each day and kept the work site neat. They kept me informed and maintained a consistent schedule and were considerate of my time. Quality materials were used and the work was completed nicely within the timeframe quoted. We have used CT Enterprises for many varied projects since March 2011, including a large outside deck replacement (you can read my previous evaluations for some of those projects here on the company's page). One project, done six months ago, involved installing a dedicated 220v electrical line and charger for our new Chevy Volt, has not been rated yet, due to my procrastination. But, as always, the company did a super job. We have watched the company grow exponentially over the past six years, no doubt because of word-of-mouth satisfied customer comments and very positive Angie's List reviews. The company owner, Chris Tarske is a perfectionist, expects his crews to hold that same standard and the completed work reflects that philosophy. All of our projects have been professionally done at reasonable costs and were completed on time and on budget (or under budget!). The company's overwhelmingly "A" Angie's List ratings speak for themselves. Our shower and tile work involved multi-trade disciplines (drywall, floor and wall tile, plumbing relocation) and the completed project exudes custom craftsmanship quality. In an age where all too often "good enough" seems to be the norm, CT Enterprises is a welcome, very bright exception.

We are close to completion and all has gone well so far. The crew shows up on time if not early and if weather is an issue, we have been notified before hand. Chris usually replies to my e-mails with a phone call within an hour and the crew have been very accommodating with any questions or minor concerns I have had about the job. The deck is complete with a few touch ups to left and we are very pleased. The job was delayed slightly due to permits but we were given that expectation up front. I have actually been very happy with how quickly the work has moved and the quality of construction. I should also mention that Chris gave us a competitive quote for work. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Both aspects of the work went very well. Chris explained how the screening would be done, and every aspect of the job went according to plan. The quality of the work is excellent and we are very pleased with our screened-in deck. The repair of the foundation (concrete pad), and the installation of the new wooden floor was also accomplished in a professional and expedient manner. His workers are reliable, competent, and even friendly. They know what they are doing, did the work in an organized and systematic manner, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that we approved of the job. My wife and I could not be happier with the finished products, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Also, neighbors had recommended CT to us, and now, because of the excellent work, we are doing the same for other neighbors--CT can do it all.

The project went smoothly, and we appreciated the creative ideas that made the appearance of the deck unique. Crew was responsible, and responsive to our needs, requests and questions. Crew worked cleanly, and debris was removed in a timely and efficient manner. We would definitely hire this company again.

Absolutely wonderfully! Chris is reliable, professional, honest, creative, and easy to work with. His subs were terrific craftsmen, and extremely pleasant and considerate. Chris watched our budget carefully, making helpful suggestions of where we could save money. All of the work performed by CT Enterprises was of the highest quality. I LOVE my new bathrooms, doors, etc, and would definitely hire CT Enterprises again.

Chris and his crew were amazing. Chris kept us in constant communication along the way. His guys were quality craftsman and did amazing work. I could not have imagined thus project going any better. I will definitely be using CT Enterprises for all my remodeling in the future.

Everything was great. Chris is a really nice guy, easy to work with, and has a top notch team. He gave me a clear estimate, made a few amazing suggestions during the way that really helped, and followed through on everything perfectly. The timeline was perfect for me, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend CT, and we'll most definitely be calling him again for the next projects in the house.

CT Enterprises started and finished within the time parameters outlined. I found the install team to be talented and considerate. While I don't have the training or experience to fully evaluate the skill of the work performed, it looks well done and appropriate from a novices perspective. We had one issue during construction (a missed item), I raised awareness of it and it was promptly and appropriately addressed. The only suggestion for construction process improvement is to increase the level of care and detail used in post construction clean up. In my opinion, it wasn't performed to the same level as the other work. It is important to note, I never called Chris and let him know that the clean up wasn't done well, and that a couple things occurred during that clean up. I'm sure Chris would have addressed it if I had called him. Lastly, my singular reason for questioning whether I would do another project with the company is the payment management required. We were asked (and we agreed) to pay 40% a month in advance of starting. It was my experience that the timing of draws accelerates the payment process to the point where your payments are a ahead of the completion level. It is important to note that Chris supplies an exhaustive contract that spells all these details out. It's also important to note, we agreed to all of the contract points. I merely question whether I'd agree to do it again. I wish CT the best of luck and am sure they'll do wonderful work for any perspective home owner.
