All work performance and results were excellent, especially our condo remodel. We have used CT Enterprises several times over the last 10 years and continue to use them for any improvement work that arises in our home. On the condo remodel Chris had beautiful design ideas to open up the kitchen to the living space. He overcame hurdles swapping the sink from a wall to the island counter, adding electric and plumbing to fit all new appliances in our small footprint. CT painted and replaced flooring throughout, evened out the ceilings, renovated both baths and made the feeling cozy with great lighting. Great attention was paid to quality and details (even fixing the front door handle and matching wall outlet covers). We had CT enclose the balcony and added heat/AC. Thanks to the design ideas we have an indoor space that feels being outdoors with its own 'back porch' personality for our condo. We are in the thought process of moving and had Chris just do a walkthrough with us. He is spot on helping us identify what will both be value-add and cost effective, and he knows our personality to advise on style and design. CT doesn't just measure and install, they make your home yours. After working together for so long, we know who we want to hire again!

Put a deposit on 6/11/24 work was to start 6/25/24. He sent Ken out 6/26/24. Ken was a very nice and knowledgeable person with what needed to be done. Found out on 6/27 that putting the shower doors was not included, didn't quiet understand why it wasn't included Ken remove the shower doors We just assumed that he would install them back. Got a call from Chris saying that it was going to cost $300 extra dollars to install back the doors but he would give us a break and only charge $150. Still didn't understand it but wasn't in the mood to argue, they took down to shower heads and my handicap bars and replace them without an extra charge. So by my experience make sure every thing is in the contract Don't assume anything. 4 days later after the job was finished found out Ken did not put the screws back in the shower faucet or put the tracks on the shower doors. He done a good job just not completely happy with the small things.

Working with Chris was great! Job was done on time for a fair price and it looks really good. His subs knew their stuff and Ken has a great attention to detail. Very happy with the end result.

I had got a set of french doors for my patio that were not the same size as the other set that was installed by the builder. I got the doors for free, so I thought I was doing good - until I realized that I didn’t know how I was going to make it work. One quick call to Chris at CT Enterprises and they were there the next day. They had to build a temp wall, cut the Sheetrock, build a new header, put in new jack studs, and then install the patio doors. I realized I was out of my league and they made it look so easy. They were professional and courteous and left no evidence of even being there. I highly recommend CT Enterprises.

CTE did great work for us the deck is a work of art 1000+ Sq feet. I use the new sun room as my office, beautiful. We will hire CTE for any work.

CT Enterprises crew was simply phenomenal. From the estimate to the contract to the workmanship, I could not ask for more.. Chris communicated every step of the way every detail of the job. They actually finished the job ahead of schedule and I could not be happier. I am excited to find more work in my home for CT Enterprises to complete.

I should have read the Yelp reviews before I hired them. An honest review; we needed a single shower remodeled for about $8000 +tile cost. Chris Tarske is incredibly disorganized and unreliable. He was always punctual when it came to picking up a check, but then would completely loose contact with me for weeks at a time. We were told the work would be done within a month and some guys showed up and demoed our shower, fast forward 3months later, we still had a giant hole in our bathroom with no idea when someone would come finish it. Communication was horrendous! I'd have to reach out weekly to see what was going on, then I'd get a text saying "someone will be there thursday." Another week would go by, no call and no show.GET A FORMAL, SIGNEDCONTRACT! If his employee Ken would work independently, I'd hire him in a heart beat! The quality of the work was wonderful and we're so happy with the result. But Chris didn't touch the project once, simply did a horrible job coordinating.

I hired Chris and his team in 2020 for a full house remodel on our newly purchased 1980’s home that needed a lot of help. We updated everything from floors, paint, fixtures throughout with a complete kitchen gut job and bathroom renovation. Chris and his team did an amazing job even In the midst of a pandemic, with crazy staff and material shortages. He managed to not only do a very thorough and quality job, he was also able to keep the project on time and on budget. Chris has strong attention to detail that helped to make sure all of the many facets of the project were carefully thought through. Chris was always really responsive with communication, being accessible by phone if I needed him for anything through the project. The house really ended up looking beautiful and one year later we are still so happy with the results and would be happy to recommend CT Enterprises to anyone who needs help!

Chris was great- super responsive and he is very knowledgeable. This was an investor rehab and we decided to go another way with the house - so we didn’t hire CT. But I have no doubt that this is a quality group- Honest - local group.

"Remodel" is not the right word. Chris Tarske and his team helped us to transform our master bathroom. This included converting an undesirable garden tub into a grand walk-in shower. Dramatic tile extending to the 9' ceiling accentuates the shower head and a separate hand-held shower on a separate wall. A large storage and linen closet now occupies the space of the old shower, which adds tremendous utility. Chris advised us on design, materials, and local providers. It was clear from the outset that Chris understands all elements of home construction and how to create modern transformations that add beauty, utility, and value. Chris' team members are experts in their trades, friendly, and dedicated to the highest standards of construction and installation. We are extremely happy with our new master bathroom transformation, highly recommend CT Enterprises Construction, and would be very happy to engage Chris and his team for any future home transformations.

My wife and I had a vision for a two-story, screened-in porch that came off of our existing deck. We live on top of a mountain and knew the build would be a challenge. We met with Chris and he immediately understood our vision. I know Chris and his team regularly do complex projects, but our build was one of those that presented some challenges and they did a fantastic job. Everything they did was top quality and exceeded building codes. Mike and RJ did most of the build and they were outstanding. If you are looking for a contractor who focuses on quality and truly understands building requirements for our area, then CT Enterprises should be your first choice. Chris and his team have given us our dream "Treehouse" that exceeds our expectations and will be enjoyed for many years to come! Chris came to our home a few days after calling him. He arrived exactly on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. He was very courteous. Plan on hiring him again for another project.

Chris was very creative and had great ideas when we were creating the scope of work. Multiple projects were executed on time and within budget. We were living in another state while the work was being done and we trusted Chris and his subs completely. Will use CT Enterprises again for the next phase of our renovations. Highly recommend.

Chris came out, looked at the project, and gave me some idea. I then received an estimate for the work (appx. $27,000). I had a few questions I needed answered before we could proceed. Chris called once but I was on a Zoom call with my daughter at the time. I called back several times after that as well as sent messages via email. I never heard back. I had received the estimate on May 1 with a 30 day window when the price would still be good. The 30 days have now run out. If the company had been too busy to complete the work they could have had least had the courtesy to contact me and let me know.

Chris responded right away to our request for a quote on redoing one of our bathrooms. We replaced the tub with a walk-in shower, which included some drywall work. Sub contractors were great as they steamed off old wallpaper, redid plumbing, replaced vinyl flooring with tiles, and installed new vanity and fixtures. Chris was always available by phone for questions and updates. We would hire CT Enterprises again. We love our new bathroom!

Chris did a great job of coordinating the work of replacing all the fixtures, installing new flooring, and replacing the glass enclosed shower. Everything looks great.
