Great. Chuck kept oversight of the sub contractors. There were a few hiccups as always in construction, but Chuck responded quickly and fixed the issues right away. I will definitely hire him for future projects.

Chris Tarske and his team were responsive and easy to contact, very professional and thorough. They were receptive to our questions and adaptive to issues that came up during construction (such as the discovery that one corner of the original deck was off size and the line of Trex had to be adjusted to compensate — this they did with skill and imagination.) In particular, their replacement of our lower deck was superb. The team's design was far superior to the original deck and stairs, much better in style and function. We would definitely hire them again without hesitation for outdoor or indoor work.

First phase completed on time, on budget, and of excellent quality. Chris provided extra value with his design suggestions. Second phase was delayed due to production issue on custom doors. Chris let us know immediately of the delay, and made sure that they did not begin until the doors were in his possession. He then, as promised, had the wall removed and the doors installed within one day. He works with a tight group of subcontractors, so we always knew who was coming and when. Since the second project overlapped with the onset of Covid 19, that has been especially important to us. He limited the number of people coming in, and their contact with us, and all observed handwashing and social distancing while here. We would highly recommend Chris to others. His design ideas are excellent, and he and his crew know how to implement them, so that the cost matches the estimate.

Our experience with this contractor was EXTREMELY UNSATISFACTORY. Although we are pleased with the end result, we would NEVER use this contractor again for the following reasons: Extremely limited access to contractor i.e. email communication only – days on end with no response to questions or concerns- calls often not returned – excuses made Limited on site visits from contractor to inspect work. We had to inspect ourselves and deal with issues ourselves. No apologies for any issues that we had were ever given and we were made to feel that we were in the wrong There was simply a limited attention to detail and overall concern for work done. Poor worker protocols – plumbers/electricians… showed up unexpectedly or not at all – never wore foot protection not even when standing in brand new never used bathtub – left trash from job outside of house This was a somewhat difficult job in an older home with some unexpected necessary changes. But what we feel could have take two months at most, took over 4 months with constant delays and no shows and limited explanations or apologies. Consistent poor communication from start to finish. This was one of the most anxiety producing experiences of our lives.!

I am very pleased with the repair of my home. Work was performed in a timely manner. The only concern I had was addressed that day. I will hire CT Enterprises for upcoming projects and highly recommend them.

It went well. A little slow at the beginning because of scheduling subs, but finished with a flurry, on time and on budget. Excellent plumber, excellent electrician, Excellent sub who did the handyman type chores. Finished product met or exceeded all expectations.

Owner Chris Tarske responded quickly on the first call, visited the site and provided a proposal within a week. His crews were professional, friendly and performed excellent work. The project was performed promptly despite January/February time frame and heavy rain, completed on time at the original price. We are very pleased with the product, the company's performance and the overall experience. Would hire again.

Chris and his crew are remarkable. He has a attention to detail and always keeps you informed of what is going on. CT Enterprise is a top notch company very professional.

Chris and his team at CT Enterprises did an excellent job. Despite several weather delays caused by snow and rain, Chris kept us in the loop at all times. He made specific recommendations and offered a variety of material choices that would fit within our budget. The CT team was on-time and professional. We would not hesitate to hire CT Enterprises again in the future. Our job required demolition of the existing deck, pouring new footers, and a rebuild and expansion (40' x 12') over the existing footprint. The results are outstanding.

Chris really knows his stuff. He noticed immediately that the sink was never installed correctly and had no supports. He removed the sink, added supports and re-applied silicone. Just needed a few hours and it was done. Cost was affordable with no hidden charges. Very satisfied.

Great project. The remodel had a lot of issues and Chris and his crew solved them all. They had craftsmanship and creativity. Good work!

I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. The subcontractors that CT uses in the Asheville area are excellent. Very few down days during the project.

We are super happy with the outcome. Our house is so beautiful! I always felt safe and comfortable with all the people that came into our house. You need to keep on top of Chris so you know what is going on next( which project is going on next and when).

Chris and his team did a wonderful job. Chris was very responsive to answering questions and dealing with issues as they came up. My wife and I threw a few curve balls at Chris as the project progressed and he was able to accommodate all our requests. I would hire Chris fro my next job and recommend him to anyone else who takes on a remodel.

Quality work was completed in close to the estimated timeframe for a cost much below other quotes received. The framing, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and painting personnel did quality work in a professional manner. (We had the HVAC done ourselves to tie in with the rest of the house.) Since I was always at work when the work was done, I tried to use email and occasional voice mail to ask any questions I had, which were not always responded to. However, Chris Tarske did pay close attention to my initial outline of what I wanted done, and made sure that was accomplished. If you want close hand-holding through your project then you might want to pay for a larger company with more personnel. Otherwise I definitely recommend CT Enterprises.

Great! We couldn't be happier. Chris and all his crew were professional and delivered a finished product that has increased the appeal and value of our home. From the beginning we were very impressed with Chris and his building knowledge. He was able to to give us the screened in porch we were looking for and stayed on schedule from start to finish. They were able to transfer the existing look and finish of our home to the new porch and also replaced a damaged door that was in great need of repair. All in all we would highly recommend CT Enterprises and would be confident in using them again. They were a pleasure to work with.

This is the third time we have hired CT Enterprises to complete a project at our home. Chris was timely with his quote and also scheduling of the replacement of two doors in our home (one was a door to the exterior and one was a door to our garage). The job was not an easy task, but Chris did a great job and made the project look effortless. We would not hesitate to hire Chris and his team at CT Enterprises again in the future.

Chris and his crew were able to turn a relatively small basement space into a very useable and seemingly spacious apartment for our mother-in-law. The project took a little longer than we though at the onset, but it was well worth the wait. In fact, we're so happy with the results, we've invited Chris back to work on some other home upgrade projects.

Although our project had it's challenges, the results were first rate. It is almost impossible to tell where the old building stopped and the new addition started. The crew of Mike, Nick, Dave, Josh and Andrew were fantastic. No problem was too great for them to overcome. If the time frame is important to you, you would be wise to discuss this with Chris before signing the contact. Our contract gave a completion date of November 24th, 2017. Some allowance must be given for one delay that occurred but the job was not completed until January 12th, 2018. It took far longer than we expected.

Took a long time - 2 months (over holidays and flu) with lots of subs, so no harm, no foul there. But, this is our second job with Chris and his crew. Simply one of the best contractors in WNC. Pretty darned punctual (comparatively speaking), dependable, no overages, crackerjack crews and professional to a man. What else could you ask for? Really splendid. Very happy.

We are very happy with the results. Chris started on time as promised with no delays during the remodel. The workmen were friendly, neat and efficient. All phases of the work were done expertly with attention to detail. We're very happy with the results and would use them again.

I am SO thankful for Chris and his team. They are professional, friendly, reliable and excellent at their craft. I am extremely satisfied with all of the work they have done for me. You always hear horror stories about home repairs gone bad so I was very nervous when I first started looking for help.
