Description of Work: From the first phone call I had with the owner, Mark Ryan, from Elite Window Cleaners to the completion of the work we hired him for, we found Mark to be reliable, courteous, pleasant, attentive to our needs and extremely professional in his approach to everything. The two men that came with him to the job were excellent. We found that all three men were very careful of our house, curtains, shades, etc and left everything just as neat as they found it. Both my husband and I would unconditionally highly recommend Elite Window Cleaners!

Description of Work: Mark arrived on time for his estimate and when he and an assistant did the work. Very polite and professional. It took the two of them one day to do the inside and another to do the outside (the weather did not permit doing the outside on the first day they came). Said he would call back in a few days to see if any touch-up was needed. We have quite a few windows in our house and some were tricky to get at; so having the windows professionally cleaned was pricey, but probably not out of line for the amount of work that was done. We are quite satisfied with the work that was done and would definitely recommended his window cleaning service.

Description of Work: Mark and his colleague cleaned both sides of our windows and all the screens -- impeccably. Our home is 3 stories tall, with the front living room windows requiring a very, very tall ladder on the outside and as well as a tall ladder in the inside. And I overheard him coming in and out of the house, checking out the windows several times, to be sure all the spots, etc. were gone. He adhered to his estimate, came when he told us, and was very pleasant to deal with, I therefore recommended him to several of our neighbors. We will definitely use him again!

Description of Work: Cleaned 16 window pairs (32) inside and out, cleaned three skylights. Cleared the roof of leaves, cleaned the gutters, including mildew and dirt. Very professional, courteous and nice people. I'll use Mark again next year for sure. Art Willey
