Everything went very well last week when Elite came to clean the windows and screens. There were 3 people working together as a team to take care of the inside and outside. They were punctual (arriving exactly when they said they would) and worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job. They were courteous and neat and I would definitely recommend them to others as well as have them back again for future work. They even went over and above and cleaned the mirrors in the master bath as an "extra".

What a great crew. First , Mark was most responsive in returning my phone call. Then showed up within 24 hrs. to provide a proposal. Then scheduled the work and they showed up on time - right on schedule. The whole crew did a great job in getting the windows cleaned. They were really dirty since they had not been cleaned in over 7.5 years. THEY JUST DID A MARVELOUS JOB !!!. I would recommend them to anyone who really wants a professional job done.

We used the service provider listed On Angie's List and it had the most reviews in Hendersonville. We used him and he was very good. The company was Elite Glass Cleaning and he was pretty good. He probably has the most reviews in Angie's List system. I continued with that and it was fine. My impression of them was very good. They did exactly what we wanted. They were people who do what they say they are going to do. He did it all. His responsiveness was very good. His punctuality was very good. Everything he said, he said I will be here on Tuesday, he showed up on Tuesday and he did it. He called ahead of time and we were here. Everything went as we wanted him to do. He is an 'A' on all categories.

Not well. Several large windows were completely scratched from top to bottom. Owner admitted they screwed up. Came out following week. Stated that he'd repair or replace and we never heard from him again. Literally $1,000's of dollars worth the windows were damaged. Absolutely would not recommend.

Mark contacted me promptly and came out the next day to give an estimate. We needed to wait until trees were pruned off the house so they could get to the soffits and gutters, but once that was done, we had no problem scheduling the work. Mark called to let us know what time they would be arriving and they showed up on time. The team of 3 workers did an excellent job, especially considering that the outdoor guys were working in the cold and misty weather. The indoor guy was very careful with our belongings. The only downside? Once all the trim was cleaned, we discovered that the paint was in worse shape than we thought, so it will have to be painted next year, but Elite was not responsible for that.

He didn’t show up when he said he would and I had to call him. He gave me a very weak excuse that his son was sick but when he finally came here, he didn’t call me on being sick. What I did not like was that you can't believe what he says. He does good work, but you can't believe what he says. His pricing was fine. The overall work was good if his communication was not lying when he said he why he did not come.

Don't look around, just go here. Professional yet friendly provider and crew. Shows up on time and does what he says he will do. Definitely goes the extra mile. Our windows are old style and dirty from being in the woods. They now look fantastic. Also replaced only gutter material that was necessary, didn't oversell.

His work is excellent- beyond what I could even imagine. My windows sparkle. I love to open all the drapes in the morning and have a view of the beautiful outdoors. Now I can see so clearly--like not even having any glass at all. Another positive is his professionalism. He came when he said he would for the estimate and when he was running just a few minutes late to do the work, he called a let me know. I would highly recommend his service and will call him regularly my self.

Mark came out to give us an estimate about a month before we could get on the schedule. Not a problem because I had already waited a year to wash them and who knows when the previous owner cleaned them. We have a ranch mid century home with lots of fixed panes and awning style windows. Mark and his crew vacuumed all the spider webs and thoroughly cleaned the sills. We also have the vintage jalosie windows and storms in the basement. Everything was perfectly cleaned and Mark made sure his crew did it right. 3 people spent 6 hours here. I will use them again next year.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his crew. He arrived at the scheduled time and did a super job, particularly considering it had been six years since the last cleaning by someone else who did not do a good job. They were professional and thorough. To top it off, Mark lifted a heavy planter for me, helped a repairman carry a heavy piece of marble top to his car and best of all, gave me the 10% discount! I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Glass & Window Cleaning.

Our home has hundreds of small panes of glass which makes cleaning time consuming and tedious. Mark and his crew are very professional...always showing up on time and staying with the job until it is complete and perfect. The only problem is that because Mark does such a good job, he is quite booked, so it may take weeks to have your windows cleaned. Good for you, Mark.

If you are in search of a perfectionist to clean the windows in your home, Mark Ryan from Elite Glass & Window Cleaning is a great choice. Mark was meticulous in every aspect of the job from providing a quote to ensuring our windows were spotless. He also replaced the batteries in all our smoke detector, one of which is at the very top of a vaulted ceiling. He also checked light bulbs in hard to reach fixtures. He has a wonderful crew who emulates his work ethic. He far exceeded our expectations.

st.Mark came out to give me an estimate a few days before the work was done - he and a helper cleaned all windows and sliding doors peak windows in the living room were too high for me to do myself - iinterior glass on the sliding doors and peak windowws have solar film on them - windows on the back of the house had red clay dust and construction dust from a retaining was that was added in 2010. Mark and his helper got all the dirt and residue off all windows and doors. I am very very happy with the work done - still looks great after two big rainstorms - I would use Mark again and have no hesitation recommending him to friends. Excellent work and very reasonable cost. He called to confirm his arrival time during the day - no problems at all with his service - i am very satisfied. Both he and his helper were very friendsly courteous and efficient.
