Description of Work: Excellent service, will normally use them twice a year to clean the outside of the Carolina room and second story fixed pane windows. They also clean our solar panels and check/clean gutters.

Description of Work: They seemed reluctant to return phone calls and failed to provide an estimate when promised. Perhaps Fairview is outside of their service area, although our nearest neighbor was impressed with their performance and recommended them to us. We do not understand their lack of response.

Description of Work: They came out and did a meticulous job at cleaning the windows, storm windows and screens for us. They also vacuumed the seals too. This was 2 day job and they cleaned the inside and outside of a about 20 windows. We had a great experience with them.

The work was excellent - and my windows were very dirty when he started! It was like having cataract surgery - suddenly all the colors and light outside were visible from inside the house! My house is surrounded by trees, and the gutters hadn't been cleared since last summer. Now they are clear and you can see the difference. I highly recommend Elite Glass and Window Cleaning!
Description of Work: Cleaned all windows in my 1400 sq. ft house, inside and out, sills included, vacuuming screens included, and cleaned out the gutters.

He did a fabulous job. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and considerate, even removing his shoes when he was inside my house. The windows look great, especially the one that is hard to reach (it had gotten very dirty.) I also thought his prices were very reasonable. I had no complains and have already told him I want him to return in the fall to wash my windows again and put in my storm doors.
Description of Work: Mark washed all my windows, including one in a high place that is very difficult to reach. He also vacuumed my screens, cleaned my gutters and roof, and used a blower to clear off my two decks. He even trimmed some branches that were brushing against the window box in my kitchen.

The work went absolutely perfectly , better job than I have ever had done in this area. I highly recommend him. His price is very fair too.
Description of Work: Mark came to clean my windows. He gave me a quote before he began the work. I was happy with the price and VERY happy with the service. He does the screens and the bottom rungs as he does each window. He cleans the inside of the windows first, moves everything out of the way and puts it back perfectly. Then his finishes on the outside. He is a perfectionist and his work is beautiful. He is also a great guy to do business with. I HIGHLY recommend him.

We are very pleased with his work and plan to have him clean our windows again. He also said he puts up Christmas lights; we plan to have him help us install ours next year.

Mark Ryan, the owner, responded quickly to our e-mail inquiry. He came over and gave us an estimate for cleaning all the windows in the house and garage---either outside only or inside and outside. We selected inside and outside and a cleaning date was set. The night before the cleaning he called to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the appointed time and went to work. He works alone. He first vaccuumed and wiped down all the window sills. He then removed the screens and proceeded to clean the inside and outside of all windows using environmentally friendly materials. There were no chemical odors. He used a scraper as necessary to remove tough spots on some windows. Several windows required use of an extension ladder for access. The work was completed in a timely fashion and we are very pleased with the results. Can't find any streaks or missed areas. Mark is friendly and professional. We are pleased with his work. We expect to have him back again.
