First estimate was for windows only, but provided additional estimate for gutters as well over the phone. Made an appointment, and phoned an hour before the time to apologize for a delay; arrived at the new time promptly. Both employees very courteous and helpful. They worked carefully respecting our property. Also provide advice for self-maintenance going forward. We scheduled a followup cleaning for next season.

I called for an estimate and Mark responded promptly and showed up on time for the estimate. The day before the scheduled work Mark called to confirm. The crew arrived on time. They were efficient, pleasant and careful, both inside and outside the house. The team of 3 cleaned over 50 windows and screens in a full day of work.

I found Elite on Angie's List. Mark Ryan, the owner, provided a free estimate. He was very professional and I felt his pricing was reasonable. They cleaned my house windows inside and out, and cleaned the gutters. They did an exceptional job and I am very pleased with the service they provided.

The appointment was set for 10:00AM. The doorbell rang at 10 and they were set to get to work. They proceeded quietly and professionally. Mark and Alex were here approximately three and 1/2 hours. If I had a question, it was answered politely. When they were ready to leave all their equipment was picked up and there was not the slightest mess left behind. The staff was very professional, courteous, and proficient. They were on time, did a great job, and we were very happy with the results. Mis-communication early in the arrangments lead to some confusion about how many windows were in the building, so my advice would be to count precisely in how many windows you want cleaned and the dimensions of the windows so that the firm can provide a quote that will cover the work that they will need to do to get the job done. We are very happy with the results and we intend to call them next year.

Mark and his crew arrived on time. They were considerate, courteous and efficient. Mark is a professional in his approach. His attention to detail is exceptional. You get what you pay for and the price paid for his service is worth every cent.

Mark and Spencer did a fabulous job. The windows they cleaned had not been cleaned for some time. They were very thorough and in some cases went back to windows they already cleaned because they were not satisfied. Needless to say we were very satisfied with their work. They were nice and friendly and it was an enjoyable experience. We will use their services again and would highly recommend their services.

I contacted Mark at Elite Glass and Window cleaning to do an estimate. He responded quckly. Immediately, I was impressed with his professionalism, and knew I wanted him to do the work. His estimate was reasonable, and I gave him the go ahead. Mark and his team arrived on the morning of July 2nd. They immediately went to work. The three of them worked all day cleaning the windows, screens, and window frames. Inside and out. Their work was very thorough. They cleaned the gutters. He even removed an old nest under the gutter at the highest point of my house. These people were awesome! They did a fabulous job! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. I will call on them again in the future.

He was excellent. He was just a very nice man and did excellent work. He was very reasonable and it was a very good valuable for money. I liked his personality and willingness to be helpful. He was punctual.

Our home is built on a rather steep slope, but Mark and his men were able to get to all the windows and do a thorough job.He originally thought he might get on our roof to do our two skylights, but found the slope too steep. We forgave him for this and will use his service again in the future.

The results were very good. Elite Glass and Window Cleaning did a superb job. They even fixed a window that would not stay up on its own. These guys are great and we WILL hire them again.

He was real good. He actually called to say that he was stuck in traffic. He was excellent; he was 100 percent. He was responsive on the call and came and gave us a price. He came when he said he was going to come. He even had some problems with his help and he came and did it himself even though it took him a little longer.

Did really excellent work. Price seemed a bit high, but the service was excellent, and we plan to use them again. Very professional and very pleasant people. Very prompt and efficient. They removed and cleaned all screens as well as cleaning window both inside and outside. As they say, "you get what you pay for"; the result was worth the price.

Mark gave us an very reasonable estimate after viewing all of our requirements. He scheduled the work to be done very quickly and arrived promptly as promised. The work he did was outstanding! He is very meticulous with great attention to detail. He is very accomodating and personable. We will be hiring him again in the fall.

The owner and his helper arrived on time and began work immediately. One of them started by taking down all the screens and pressure washing them. He also began pressure washing the gutters and overhangs. The other worker began washing the windows inside on the first day. On the second day they completed pressure washing the gutters and completed washing the windows outside. By the end of the second day, all work was complete.

Mark came and gave me a very reasonable estimate and then I scheduled a whole house window cleaning inside and outside for 1/2/12 even though it was technical a holiday. Mark arrived promptly with all necessary supplies. He was very professional, friendly and neat; even removed his shoes. My windows were literally grungy and they now sparkle. He even took the time to get a few dust webs by my foyer window and clean all window ledges and tracks. Definitely recommend him and I am very particular.

Mark was very professional, personable and punctual. He first came out to do an estimate and spent quite a bit of time . He then returned ,at an agreed on date, with an assistant, to clean the windows, sills,etc. The results were fabulous, with windows that shone like diamonds ! Though the job took longer than he had estimated, he held to his original estimate. I will definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend my friends to him.

I called Mark to give me an estimate to wash my windows. I have a large home with many multiple-paned windows. The estimate was expensive, but I was impressed by Mark's professionallism and promptness, so I hired him for the job. Mark and the crew arrived promptly when promised, and they were all pleasant and professional. They worked very hard and did a fabulous job. Some of my windows are extremely difficult to access ( cathedral ceilings ). Mark was meticulous about rechecking everything to make sure there were no spots or streaks when they finished. Then he charged me $100 less than the estimate . All in all, I am a very satisfied customer. Pricey but definitely worth it!

He was first rate. He cleaned inside and out and vacuumed out. He swept the pollen off the outside and took out the screens on the windows that were still in. I had taken most of them out already. He came in, did his job and we are happy. I will continue to use him.

Mark was quick to respond to my initial inquiry about getting an estimate. He was punctual and totally professional. When he came to do the work, he was right on time and went straight to work. Most of my outside windows required being on a ladder, because I live in a 2nd floor condo. He worked straight through, doing a fabulous job. The price was exactly what had been quoted.
