They were excellent. They last came out in December. They charged three hundred and forty five dollars. It was a wonderful deal and the owner was right there the whole time. The whole thing was wonderful.

After meeting with four companies, I hired this company based on my impression of the owner, Mark Ryan, as a man I could trust. My hunch turned out correct. Mark and an assistant arrived on time. They had a clean profession appearance and demeanor while performing their work quietly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable about our type of windows. They knew how to removed and replace the wooden windowpane dividers with no damage occurring. They cleaned our windows inside and outside, cleaned the screens and cleaned the sliding tracks. And all for the best price I was quoted. Summertime is the busy season for window cleaners with 4 to 5 week backlogs and higher prices. Having your windows cleaned in the winter will get you quicker service and a lower price. And I recommend you definitely call Elite Glass & Window Cleaning and meet Mark Ryan. You won't be disappointed.

They spent 7 hours working hard. My home has gutters all around the roof line of a 2800 sf house. Definitely would hire Elite again.

I called 4 window cleaning companies before I got someone to come out and give me a quote. They came promptly and gave me a good price for 14 windows and several doors. They arrived on the job promptly. It took approx. 3 hours to complete the job which included a lot of ladder work. They did a great job.

$245 for [difficult - multi-pained] 1970's windows, screens, storm windows, nasty windowsills. $100 to hand scrub filth from a 2 story porch ceiling & pillars, shutters, & a small rear porch. They even deleafed the gutters. I'm a new owner & everything was long over-due & now I feel like a real person & not a character in The Adams Family. Mark Ryan and his wholesome, clean cut, non smoking, all American, 'boy next door' crew wasted no time & one could turn there back, or leave the room, and know everything would be there you returned. They went above & beyond and far exceeded my expections. THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! AND THEY HAD THE LOWEST BID

They came promptly to give me a written estimate. They were professional and courteous and friendly throughout, from first phone call to completed job. We made and appt to come to do the work. They arrived on time, and did extremely careful work, scraping away old spots of paint. My windows were perfect clean, as well as the screens, even in the smallest corners. I would use them again in a NY minute next time I need my windows cleaned.

Mark came to house to clean gutters and discuss installation of gutter guards. He was to come by again to install guards over garage gutters, never called or showed up. I called him several times and he finally returned call, apologizing and telling me there was a death in family. He came by a day or so later and we again discussed placing guards this time on entire house along with cleaning the mould and mildew on outside of gutters. I made it a point to ask him if he wanted to do the job as I had to call him to get him to come back , he did not contact me. He assured me that he did want the work and that he would be in contact with me in regard to an estimate. I have never heard from him and although I have called him , he has never returned my call. I am disappointed , in particular because he has received such great reviews on this site. Hopefullly he will see this one and remedy the situation.

After arriving at a date and time that was suitable for everyone, Mark and helper arrived at scheduled time. Friendly and informative. We have several high gutters and lots of vegetation around the exterior of the house. They did an excellent job of cleaning and brightening the gutters while not disturbing the plants. In addition, they re-attached a few loose gutters and realigned a couple to promote better drainage. Will definitely call Mark again. Note: He also offers gutter screening installation which we plan to have done next year.

Mark and Joseph from Elite Glass cleaned all our windows inside and out. Now this includes a totally glass sunroom which is elevated, so long ladders were a must. They were meticulous and dedicated. They got here at 8:30 am and left no earlier than 7 pm. Good Lord did we get our money's worth. Elite Glass is the place to get your windows washed.

I called Mark and he promptly returned my phone call. He offered to come over that night to give an estimate, but, I was not going to be at home. So, we worked it out and he came over on a Saturday morning to look at my house and provide the estimate. He was very nice, extremely professional and provided a very fair quote. We hired him on the spot and he came out about 3 weeks later to complete the job. He arrived around 9 am with his crew of two other guys and they worked until 5pm. The work they did was detailed, meticulous and professional. My windows were very dirty and had not been professionally cleaned in over 7 years, so, Mark and his team had their work cut out for them. I will definately hire him again and will probably add him to my yearly spring cleaning schedule!

He was trustworthy, and friendly. I will have him come back. I would highly recommend him. He did a great job. He was also prompt.

I contacted this company by email requesting information on their service. I received an email back that they would be in contact to arrange an estimate. When I didn't hear back from Elite after 10 days I hired Red Wagon Cleaning Service, Inc. they came promptly to give an estimate and performed the work within a week.

We called Mark a week ago and set up an appointment for today. He called this morning to confirm the time and arrived as scheduled. Today was the second time we have contracted Mark to clean our windows but it will not be the last. He is a pleasure to have in our home and we enjoy his visits. I had started dinner and the phone rang and I became distracted. Mark heard the oven timer going off and smelled the onions burning. At the time, he was up on the ladder cleaning the gable windows in the living room. He came down off the ladder, turned off the timer and the burner, moved the pan off the heat and then came outside to get me where I was gabbing on the phone! He went above and beyond and boy, do I appreciate it! His quotes are extremely reasonable and we have never had cause for even the smallest complaint. He is a true professional and a really great guy.

Mark came the day I called and gave us an estimate. We were able to schedule an appointment the next week. He and his helper arrived right on time. They did marvelous work and we were thrilled with the way all our glass looked when they left. We have told our neighbors about Elite and we will definitely use them again!

Mark was very prompt coming to give a quote. He also called to confirm our scheduled appointment, which was only a couple of days after the quote. We were pleased he was able to fit us in so promptly! He was on time, professional, and very friendly. The day of the job, the crew was on time and all very thorough. In fact, I don't believe we have ever had window cleaners so meticulous! They scraped the paint off each window that was left behind from our recent paint job, vacuumed up all the dust and debris, cleaned the tracks, and frames, and above all - cleaned our windows until they sparkled! They even got up on the roof and cleaned the skylights! We were highly impressed with each member of the crew - trustworthy, friendly, careful not to let the dogs outside! We highly recommend Mark for windows and will definitely call him again!

Mark & Alex arrived on time. They were here for almost six hours. It was fascinating to watch them work, cleaning so carefully you might have thought they were cleaning the queen's jewels. ( Mark joked that he's a " recovering OCD" (obssessive- compulsive and I would have believed it.) When they were done, our dirty old windows sparkled, there wasn't a spiderweb left in any corner, and the tracks on the sliders were spotless. I recommend them most highly. Well worth every penny.
