Overall they finished within the time frame they promised and worked while we were on vacation. Many neighbors who suffered the same damage from several hailstorms also employed this company and I have heard no complaints. We had to wait two months for them to begin the job, but they told us this in advance. They just did a very large and complicated rood for neighbors (a hexonganal home and seemed to finish within a week

They were prompt, efficient, and did what they said they were going to do.

They were great. They negotiated with the insurance company for me and got the job covered. They were very professional and quick to respond. They also painted my ceilings from the leak in the roof and did a good job of that as well.

I ended up not using them because of the price. It took the gentleman over an hour to look around the roof.

They did not actually do work for me.

He was a very nice guy but he was too high. They responded quickly with the estimate. I used another company. Their price was out of the range of anybody.

They were very helpful in the professional. They gave estimates in writing. They also always followed up in a timely manner. I was pleased with actual roofing that was done. They also arranged for a painting contractor to repaint all of the ceilings.

The crew for Love home improvements did great work. Price was very competitive and i'm pleased with the quality of work. They where professional and always answered the phone or returned my call promptly when i had a question. They use a great shingle that is highly rated by consumer reports. I'm very happy with the job they did and the way the roof looks. This is the second time i have use Love Home improvement, both times where great experiences.. They also do a good job cleaning up.. I would highly recommend them

Even though the bill was $12,000 (I have a big house), I did not pay a penny because Loves worked with my home insurance company. They are very familiar with how home insurance policies work and if you have hail damage (I did not even realize I had it) it is covered by your home insurance policy. Even though my home insurance policy had a $500 deductible, Loves gave me a coupon waiving that fee. In essence, they ate that $500. The work was well done. It was done in a timely fashion. The owner called me several times throughout the process to make sure I was happy. I've never dealt with a company that was SO conscientious. I am a very picky customer, not easy to please and this company was the best. I would say - don't look anywhere else. They really are the best.

They were especially courteous and professional. They arrive when they said, went right to work cleaning my dirty cement driveway and sidewalk. They washed the exterior of the house and even got the suet stains off my chimney. There were a few stains left on my driveway.

It took them a few days longer than other contractors to provide a quote. Their quote was on the high range of the five that I received (there was one quote that was double Loves). I felt that Loves was quoting a better job than many of the others (replacing entire boards, rather than just the sections that were rotten). Loves agreed to do discount their original quoted price after seeing what their competitors were quoting. It took Loves a couple of weeks before they started, which was acceptable to me. They completed the work in 3 days, which was reasonable. The quality of workmanship was adequate.

The person that came out just glued the shingle back on the roof and tapped it down with a nail and charged me $90 for it. I?m not planning to hire them for any job in the future. I think he was expensive for the work done; I could have just borrowed a ladder from some place and glued it myself.

Prompt response to my call. Mr. Love was courteous and professional. Fair price. Work looks excellent. He also replaced a broken shingle on our house's roof free of charge.

They tore the shingles off and they did not tarp the roof. The weather report had called for rain that day. The rain just poured in and caused all kinds of damage. One of the ceilings fell in in a bedroom. They did replace the ceiling in the bedroom, which did take extra time. They did also redid the ceiling in our bedroom. They also broke some lights and didn't tell us about it. They broke a screen also. They did take care of that. The roofing job did eventually turn out OK, and it does look good. I just have not heard of many roofing companies that do not tarp. They were nice guys and they have been in business awhile and obviously other people have had good luck with them. I just do not like rain in my house.

Great. We had a leak when it rained and they came the next day, gave us our estimate and completed the work.

He was really a nice person and was prompt. He seemed to know what he was talking about. The people next door had put a roof on last year and this company did a good job. We were pleased with what he did for the time being, but again, he had been honest with us telling us that there most likely would be more problems. He was not trying to sell us a new roof. He said the roof had a few good years left, and just the valleys needed to be redone.

They were on time to do the job. They were courteous and kind. They were professional while they worked. I would use them in the future. The quality of their work was good.

Johnny and his team were wonderful. Job looks great; it was exactly what I requested and they cleaned up the yard efficiently. I did have two concerns when the job was finished and both were treated without question, to my satisfaction and completed within 24 hours.

I originally hired him to replace the shingles on my roof which he did. He came in at exactly the price he estimated. He also estimated that the job would be completed in about 4- 5 days but the work only ended up taking 2 days to finish. He and his men did a very careful job and cleaned up the yard very well afterwards. He did a second job for me a few weeks afterwards, which was to install reflective insulation in my attic. That was not the kind of job he normally does but he did the research, found the materials necessary and he had two of his men install it. This job was supposed to take one long day to complete but it ended up taking part of 3 days to complete but he didn't charge anymore than his original estimate. Mr. Love is a honorable gentleman, I enjoyed working with him and I would certainly consider hiring him again in the future. My only unsatisfactory experience was getting calls to his office returned but when I started calling Mr. Love on his cell phone, I had no furth

He is excellent to work with. They went out of their way to do a good job. I was really pleased to have them do the work.

The work and the professionalism were exceptional. Mr. Love arrived on time, started the job on the date specified, cleaned the area and provided an estimate that was close to perfect. I plan to use his services for years to come.

I had a leak in the gutters after the installation. They came and fixed the leak for no extra charge. Prompt service and dependable.

Promptly provided a quote detailing work to be done and the pricing. Scheduled work and attempted to meet that date, however bad weather caused a couple of days delay. After re-scheduling, they came on the day they promised and finished on time. Work appears to be very well done, and clean-up was excellent. I would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to others for roofing. I expect that their other work is probably that good as well.

Called Loves for and estimate. They were at our house when they said they would be, and were very professional. They also were very helpful in making suggestions; on how the work should be performed and what shingle would be best for our location. They gave us an estimate on different kinds of shingles so we could make the best call for our needs. The job was completed in record time, it was a very good clean job, well trusted, and very reasonable priced. I will use again in the near future. They were really good down to earth people.

They were the lowest price and I thought they also seemed honest out of the 4 roofing contractors that came out and gave us quotes. They worked in some very cold temps the week before Christmas. They were on time and they were very nice and respectful. Johnny Love called and let me know when they would be here and they finished when he told me they would be done. They also provide a 5 year warranty on their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I gave them a B on professionalism because there were some plastic strips left in the yard and some black residue from the shingles on our deck that we had to clean up, very minor stuff though. They cleaned up everything else in the yard.
