Because of our past experience with Davey, we immediately called on them. Keith was out right away, and had a crew onsite first thing the following morning. Professional, knowledgeable, top-notch service. We'll continue to rely on Davey in the future!

They are very professional and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them. They weren't the least expensive but the quality of the work balanced it out, I got what I paid for.

I got a quick response to my request for an estimate and a very good price compared to other bidders. The work (tree removal) was scheduled within a week and done professionally. Due to rainy weather the stump grinding was delayed about a week. I was very satisfied overall with the job. A minor issue was the damage(divots) that the falling trees and stump grinding machine did to the grass in my backyard.

The guys from Davey were outstanding. They took down a huge pine tree in half a day, and they did it in brilliant fashion. It was a touchy piece of work - the tree stood within 20 ft of our house. They cleaned up their mess, hauled the pine away, and that was that. I would use Davey Tree Co. again in a New York minute.

They are a topnotch, professional service. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable. For example, the gentleman who treats my lawn actually has a Ph.D. They completely turned my lawn around within one season. The only draw back is the cost of their work, because they are more experience than their competitors. However, I do feel I get my money’s worth. When they removed my trees, I hardly noticed that they were even here. I strongly recommend them to others.

It was great. I was really pleased with what they did. It looks good. I like them a lot. There was a little damage to a gutter but it was fixed when I asked them to fix it.

They were excellent. I really liked them. They were cost effective. They used a crane and did a great job. They had excellent cleanup. I would definitely use them again.

My husband was happy with what they did there. We don't remember how much that cost, but the price was reasonable. Our interaction with them was fine. We moved to this house in March and they fertilized our lawn about a couple of months ago. They did not do any tree service. My husband thinks it is too soon to know what they did in the spring here. We continue to use them because they seem trustworthy. We would use them again in the future.

I've used them for about 8 years to keep my Oak tree healthy, and they've done a very nice job. They're punctual, they call me, and they come when they say they will. The technician who comes out doe a good job and is careful about the other parts of my property. He's careful not to spray anything near the play equipment my grandkids use.

I had a very positive experience with the Davey Tree company. They were very responsive and professional, and I was able to schedule the estimate and the work right away. The woman in the office was really helpful about billing issues / address changes and checked in with me to make sure I was pleased with the work, and I was! Keith was wonderful to work with, and he figured out how to access our hard-to-access backyard. Within two days, all of the work was completed and cleaned up, and I was very pleased with how the work came out. I would definitely use Davey Tree again and highly recommend them.

Originally, the guys were scheduled to do the job in 2 parts (Saturday and Tuesday). They had a conflict and called Saturday morning to apologize. The foreman assured me that they would send a big crew on Tuesday to make sure all of the work was done that day. I told him that I appreciated the call and that was ok. Tuesday, there were many guys, 2 trucks, a bucket loader and a tree hauler at my house promptly in the morning. When I arrive home from work, they were just finalizing the removal of the 2+ foot diameter oak which was within 24 inches from the house. The guys did a great job and completed everything by 5:30 pm (that day). I watched the careful removal of the last 2 large peices of oak. I was extremely thankful that trained (and insured) people were doing the removal. I talked with the foreman (Joe) about the work. He did a walk through of the property with me before he left. I used Davey Tree with my old house, and will use them again for tree work. Good job, guys.

I am quite happy with the work they do. I plan to continue using their services. They are always on time, professional, and do a quality job. I think that our lawn looks great. I also feel that their prices are very competitive compared to others in this area.

To give credit where it is due, the quality of their work was excellent... once they finally did it. We were to have two trees trimmed as part of a closing agreement with the seller of our house. They called and scheduled an appointment for the tree company to come do the work the Monday before we closed. That Monday evening rolls around, and they didn't do the work that day. We called, they claimed to have us on the calendar for the *next* Monday. Okay, honest mistake. Let's reschedule. Early the next week works just fine for us, and they assure us they'll be there. The end of the next week rolls around, and no tree company. We call and reschedule again. And one more time. Fourth time was the charm -- they came and trimmed the tress, and it looks very nice. The closing attorney sent in the check in early September, and it cleared. It is late October, and they're still claiming not to have received their payment. Good work, absolutely incompetent supporting staff.

I was pleased with the professional service. While I thought the price was high, I certainly think they earned their money. This was a huge tree that needed to go. They were very careful in working around a storage shed and a neighbor's fence. And they performed the work on two of the hottest days of the summer.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, AND DID THE JOB RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE CONSCIENCE, AND TOOK CARE SO THAT THEY DID NOT DAMAGE ANY OF OUR LANDSCAPING. YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW WE HAD A STORM.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED. THEY EVEN CUT THE TREE INTO LOGS FOR MY FIREPLACE FOR ME. ONE TIME I CALLED JUST FOR AN ESTIMATE, BUT INSTEAD THEY WERE WILLING TO JUST COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I HAD HEARD THAT THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK, AND THEY REALLY DID. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE RIGHT AWAY AND HAD NO PROBLEMS GETTING THE TREES OUT.
