1) We are licensed NC Real Estate Appraisers. Together, we have over (27) years of experience in the RDU area. [Divorces; Refinances; Mortgage work; PMI Reduction;Relocation; other] 2) Jan also does "sketches" for realtors. This provides them with an accurate square footage and a detailed drawing of a residential home with specifics of the rooms (primarily for Realtors to use in brochures and marketing). Appraisal fees begin at $400; sketches begin at $150.

Description of Work: Faulkner Appraisal Services did a detailed assessment of our property and provided a comprehensive appraisal report. Jan and Lewis went out of their way to explain how the appraisal process would proceed and when we could expect the report to be completed and delivered to us, and it was exactly as promised.
