"The work was excellent, however after the installation I discovered that I had been given very cheap product for the price I was ask to pay. I had solid and steady glass doors on the shower doors they remove. They replaced them with very cheap glass that bent like Plexiglass, I've never seen glass bend and also hung like curtains from the top only, no support on the bottom. When I told them I found the doors to be unacceptable for a senior I was told they would remove them, seal the holes and I could hang showers curtain but still pay for the shower doors they will remove. I was expecting an upgrade, instead I was given hanging glass doors for an outrageous amount. The shower makeover I ordered the salesman called it my dream shower, instead it has become a nightmare for me, I have not used this shower as I'm very afraid of using it as I may accidentally bump against the door and fall through it."

We called FOUR total people and Brain was the ONLY one to answer and understand our emergency with a WILLINGNESS to atleast take a look at out problem when nobody else would. He wasn't only helpful in responding quickly but he got the job done in the matter of an hour. He and his assist were amazing in explaining to us what occured and how he was going to fix it. We were along for the ride with him and it was phenominal, the professionalism that he showed is unmatched. I couldn't reccomend someone more highly than Bath Specalities. Then sent us to the showroom to pick out our own slab of granite! The lovely young lady was so helpful in guiding us thru all the different types of granite and allowed us all the time we needed to make this really important decision! She gave us a few samples to take home to confirm our choice! Within a couple of weeks our kitchen was transformed…. Center island and bar were expanded, a new built in nook was added as well as backsplashes…. They also replaced our dual sink with a single bowl (new faucet and disposal) which was gorgeous! The granite was stunning! A custom job at a fair price! It is very important to support local businesses and when the owner himself takes on a lead role you know you made the right choice!
