+ -1 moreThey arrived late. While they were installing the water heater, they were reminded that the plumbing work also needed to be done. Initially, they lied and said it was completed. There was a rusted pipe under the master sink that should have been replaced. We inspected and the part was not replaced, instead they insisted that they sanded down the rusted bolt and this will seal the pipe so that it will no longer leak. Once the water installation was completed we asked to test to verify that the hot water was working properly. They stated that the water is working and there was no need to test the hot water heater. We insisted. It was during this test that a leak was discovered and they had to further repair this issue. We were totally disappointed in the work and did not trust that the work was done properly. We had to hire another handyman to verify that the heater was installed properly and to replace the pipe fitting under the sink as was initially requested. I am extremely disatisfied with the quality of service and will not recommend for future references.
