Description of Work: It was a heating problem. It was blowing cold. He checked and found one device that was not working. He replaced it. Just coming to my house was $89 and then the rest for the device and tax. Very courteous person and he knew a little bit of sign language. Yes, I would call them again.

Furthermore, the technician with whom we usually dealt has left the company, and the new technician who made the repairs wasn't as personable. Ultimately, I have had good and bad experiences with this company.

Description of Work: We had our central AC unit barely working for a couple years. It would be miserably hot. We would put our thermostat on 75 and the house would stay about 79. Miserable!! Standard came in and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was a very nice guy and charged me fairly. I have used them a couple times and had a good experience with them each time.
