Description of Work: After 4 weeks of "being done and paid" There is still construction material not picked up.. the finishing to9uch for the shower flour is still not installed and the people who were brought into do the tile work did a good job.. not a great job, knocked out the outlet in the bathroom, still not repaired .

Description of Work: We got the Angie's List roof inspection from Howard And Sons Roofing & Remodeling, knowing we had a small leak in our roof which had been replaced by another roofer a year earlier. They came last October, and told me they needed to put a boot around a vent pipe near where the leak was. Matt told me his guarantee was for a year, and to call if the leak reappeared. First snow - voila, there was a leek again. He cleared the area of snow and told me the other roofer hadn't done the job right. A couple of months later they finally found the other roofer had, indeed, done the roofing wrong, he had put the flashing through the side of the joint of the rooflines and was "channeling" the water directly into the house. We hadn't noticed it until we had the snow and one gully-washer rain storm. Matt quickly got that resolved. | |We talked about some renovation of our bathroom when he initially replaced the boot. He gave us a quote to gut the bathroom and redo it. We would supply the materials and he would perform the work - he estimated a day or two. He also replaced the kitchen floor, and had to tear one side of the kitchen apart to repair the water damage. He also remodeled the guest bathroom where the leak seemed to originate from. | |We had issues with all the jobs, and basically none of them are complete. The majority of the tasks are where they are tolerable and livable, but uncompleted. | |Some of the work was shoddy, and several projects had to be redone. We had a water leak from the new bathroom when the workman didn't solder a joint properly. The first leak we discovered was on a Friday night. We called and Matt told us to turn off the water main and he would get someone there right away. We called again Tuesday after living with turning the water main on and off when needed. We finally had the workman show up on Thursday, and he corrected the problem. There was a leak again a month later (they were still working on and off) that we discovered on a Friday, we called it in, and we didn't have anyone show up for two weeks. after the two weeks ee hired another plumber who found and resolved the leak in a couple of hours. | |Matt started the job fairly well, and even responded to the first leak immediately with a crew that did clear the snow off the roof as well as stopping the leaky roof. I believe he is a good roofer, but his remodeling leaves a lot to be desired.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from them for gutter gleaning and a roof inspection.

Description of Work: I had my roof ripped and re-shingled. It was approximately 23 square. There was some wood that was rotten and needed to be replaced. My gutters were also hanging and they rehung them. My chimneys also required repointing.
