Bill Thomas is a delight to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. He shows up on time and does exactly what he says he is going to do. All of his subs are professional and do top quality work. Throughout the project, we made many changes. Bill accommodated all of our last minute changes and collaborated with us on all design decisions to ensure our satisfaction. Our project turned out much better than we ever anticipated. We have had so many people comment that our deck looks like something one sees in a magazine. If we ever need a contractor again, the only person we would hire is Bill Thomas.

After the mold was removed, Thomas Home Improvement sheet rocked the area and made it look new.

Bill went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Personally worked the job and provided very good service experience. Cleaned up every day. Added a 2nd story deck and winding staircase down to pool deck. Used Trex decking, post and rail material and aluminum pickets. Added LED lighting and installed under deck ceiling system with two ceiling fans and lights. Rather than just lagging the deck to the exterior, he cut into the stucco exterior, removed some drywall from the ceiling and bolted the deck all the way through to the interior floor joist system and repaired the drywall to where you can't even tell it was cut.

After calling several times and never getting through as I wanted to talk to a person, I finally left a message asking that someone call me because I wanted to convert a screen room to a enclosed part of the house. I even sent an email with my contact information after leaving the message on the phone. Never got a phone call or a return email to this day.

Everything went very well, He was very good. I liked Bill from the first time I met him and knew that he would be the contractor I would hire to do the job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed. If I had any concerns he would address them right away. Each day when they finished, they cleaned up after them self .I wanted to hire a contractor that I knew would do the job right, and took great pride in his work so I was willing to pay little more. I'm so please with the work. Can't wait for warm weather so I can enjoy my new deck. Tthe Plank siding...what a difference it makes, just beautiful. I have been meaning to do a review for Thomas Home Improvement & Remodeling for some time and I apologize to Bill Thomas for taking so long.

Bill and his team have previously done work on our home, and my first thought when anything comes up around the house is to call Bill and see if he and his crew can assist. I am confident that he can quickly and correctly address any home improvement / repair issues. In this case, he once again delivered with speed and quality. I recommend Bill to anyone looking for help on any home improvement project ranging from small to large. We will continue to turn first to Thomas Home Improvement as we have small repair needs, and as we plan for future larger scale improvements.

I first contacted Thomas Home Improvements back in sping of this year. Bill Thomas was honest about the scheduling timetable of when he could start this job. Apparently he is in demand and I can see why, the project finally started in late October and took slightly more than one month, as estimated.....and it was worth the wait. Attention to detail was evident in every phase of construction, from the quality of materials used, to Bill's craftsmanship. I was impressed with how neatly he and his crew worked, and especially the final cleanup. The finished building addition turned out awesome! I would recommend Thomas Home Improvements without hesitation, and would use them again. They deserve an A+.

After Bill and his team completed the job I was amazed... honestly did not think my garage could look that good. It is beautiful! Forget putting the car in garage, it is my workout room now :). I was very thankful to find his company on Angie's List and have appreciated their professionalism, friendliness and high quality work throughout all my home projects. 1) Starting with receiving the quote, Bill showed up on time to review the project and soon after the initial meeting, submitted his quote. It took sometime for us to decide what company to use. Prior to deciding, we asked the finalists to review their quote in person to confirm all that was covered in the quote. Though Bill's quote was not the best, his reputation and understanding gave us the impression he was the man for the job. 2) The Job actually started much sooner than originally planned. Bill kept me in the loop on the timing of the project. Bill's crew showed-up on-time and worked thoroughly through each day. One part of the project required some re-engineering of a vinyl door that was done very well and I was very happy with the results As with most projects, there was some additional work needed to fix some framing. They did nice work and did not try to come back for more money, which is always a concern when using a contractor.

Exceeded expectation on quality and finished product. Provided many suggestions on how to make the covered deck look better.

We have worked with Bill Thomas before which is why we chose him again. He does great work and makes sure all the final details are perfect before he finishes. I highly recommend Bill Thomas!!!

We wanted some extra outdoor living space. Thomas Home Improvements provided us with a personal experience and gave us a second story walk out screen room and remodeled deck clad in composite decking. I was impressed that the company namesake did the bulk of the work and did not "sub" out the majority of the work and he was very responsive to all of our needs and wants. I feel this added to the overall quality of the project. Excellent overall result & we have received nothing but compliments from those who have seen it or walked down the greenway.

It was great, he was great. I liked that he was obviously really knowledgeable at he does in the screen porch. He know what he was doing. He was definitely proficient at his job and he was very receptive whenever we have questions or concerns, he acted on that quickly and addressed any of our issues and concerns right away.

Bill Thomas has done several jobs for me in the past. It went great. The best way to sum up this kitchen project is to tell you I am now talking with Bill Thomas about renovating the master bathroom. The demolition was messy but they tried to keep the mess to a minimum. I love, love, LOVE my new kitchen!!! Everyone who sees it can't believe what a difference!!! It is perfect for me - just what I wanted - a functional kitchen space with tons more cabinets & storage space! LOVE having a gas cooktop!!! - so much better then the old electric one!!! Yes Bill Thomas might take a little longer then a larger company but time was not my highest priority. I am home with my young children and there are so many crazy horror stories - something I NEVER have to worry about with Bill Thomas. Plus I would rather the work be done to right the first time!!! Having no kitchen was an adventure at the beginning but we got tired of eating cereal or out at a restaurant. It was worth it!!! Again I can't tell you how much I love my new kitchen!!!! I can't wait for the bathroom to be completed!!!!!

Thomas Home Improvement proved to be an outstanding choice, with an end product that exceeded our expectations. We went into this project with little to no experience hiring or working with building contractors. Given that, we did our homework to identify highly rated builders in the area that have experience building screened porches (via Angie's List). We selected Bill Thomas as our builder after speaking with and receiving quotes from multiple contractors. From the start, Bill distinguished himself as someone with outstanding professional advice and ideas for our project. Bill was patient with us as we worked through details, always quick to respond to phone calls or texts, and trustworthy throughout the project. We had an idea of how we wanted the end product to look, but only with Bill's guidance and craftsmanship were we able to realize the vision. Going into the project, I was concerned about how the new porch would blend with our existing home, and whether it would look like an inviting outdoor living space vs. a screened area bolted onto our house. Bill knew exactly what we were going for, and from start to finish suggested and implemented the perfect touches to achieve the outdoor 'room' result that we desired. Bill's suggestions made the project, and left us with a porch we will enjoy tremendously. Bill Thomas can be trusted throughout a construction project, including design, build, pricing / payments, and care for your property. We were lucky to identify Bill, and his number will stay in my cell phone until ready to engage him on the next project.

Bill arrived each morning and got started right away. He was courteous and pleasant to work with. As he worked on each project he would move from one to another so as not to waste any time. He followed up with questions before he started a project and was easy to get a hold of throughout the process. After the projects were completed Bill cleaned up the area nicely and the repairs looked like there was never an issue. Bill did an excellent job and we will be contacting him again for some additional home remodeling we have in mind. Thank you.

It took a few days to connect with Bill Thomas when I first called and then several days to get an estimate. I decided to go with another contractor initially because of that, but when there were issues I reconnected with Bill he completed the work excellently. I appreciated Bill inspecting the site himself both before and after the job was completed. His lead carpenter had obvious skill and experience and the finished porch looks great.

I was very happy with them. Very prompt, reasonable with his cost and impressed with him. He was outstanding. I would use him again and recommend him.

He did very good work. I wasn't there but I saw the work when he was finished. He is booked up a couple of months in advance because he is so popular. I couldn't be happier with it. It is everything that I expected He did a good job. He did the work personally. He took care of all the cleanup. It is a rental house and I didn't get any negative feedback from my tenant and he worked around their schedule. I had no complaints at all. I would absolutely use him again.

This was a smaller overall job; and typically hard to get a contractor to do the smaller jobs. Found Bill Thomas and Thomas Home Improvements and Remodeling business in Angie's List; and they were located in the neighborhood. This enabled a prompt service, rather than waiting in line along with the folks with larger jobs. Bill Thomas reviewed accepted the job, and within a few days, the workers were busy with the drywall portion. The drywall sanding was completed with no dust in surrounding areas, and with the finished appearance of real craftsmen. I would definitely re-hire this company for future remodeling work!

It was great!!! As always Bill finished the job to perfection, cleaned up after himself so you didn't even know he was there. New owners even commented at the closing how great everything looked at their walk through right before the closing.

Bill Thomas does amazing work! We had him paint and do some fixes before putting our house on the market and on day 3 the people who were the 2nd showing made an offer. Bill made the house look model perfect!! Can't thank him enough!!And the best part was he was so neat it was one less thing we had to worry about getting ready to move!!! He will be the first and only person we need to call for our new house!!!!Can't say enough great things about him!!!!

IT IS AWESOME!!!!!!! We are super happy with the change to our house, it is way better than we imagined!! Bills work is fantastic! He is honest and had many great ideas to make it even better!! He may cost more but he does what he says he will!! I already have quotes from him for the next project!!
