We were very pleased with the outcome of our deck project. We had an existing deck resurfaced and new handrails added, had the step removed from one side and added to the other and also had a new lower deck added around part of our pool. Fair bid for the Job, not the lowest or the highest. Hired company due their experience and knowledge. Excellent follow through. Note that like many in this area they are busy, but once they started on our Job they maintained an excellent and constant work (no time lapses once they started). The work was very good and took our input along the way.

Very well. We had excellent communication on when the various jobs were to be done. Their price estimate was very accurate. All of the individuals that worked on our home were courteous and respectful. Since some of the work was inside, they were careful not to damage our rugs etc.

Bill is completely professional. He gave me a fair estimate and didn't over run the quote. I added two items not in the original scope of work that changed the price slightly, but that was communicated, so no surprises. His employees and sub-contractors all showed up on time and did good work. We were particularly impressed with his carpenters, who were consultative and paid such attention to detail. The work was completely to our satisfaction in a timely manner.

Results were very good to excellent. Not only did they complete the repairs, they came up with adjustments to the finished product to keep it from happening again! Considering this was a relatively small job and it is a busy time of year, they treated us with great professionalism and in a timely manner.

This was the first major project for our home so we wanted to make sure we chose the right person for the job. We interviewed several contractors and we knew when we met Bill that he was the one. He immediately understood what we had envisioned for our new screened porch and deck. Bill, his son Brad and the whole crew were outstanding. The construction and craftsmanship were top notch from beginning to end. The kind of skill you see on TV shows like "This Old House." They showed up on time everyday and worked rain or shine. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. We plan to use Bill for future projects and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

We live in our back yard and needed an outdoor space with a large deck with a pergola and a patio. We had what we wanted in mind and Thomas Home Improvements made it look better than I imagined. We have two dogs and a toddler. They were fine with the dogs roaming the yard while they worked and when the Bassett hound wouldn't use the ramp they would pick him so he could get back in the house. Our son has been running around pretending to be the crew fixing things in the house. If the crew said they would be here they arrived at a reasonable time in the morning and kept construction debris cleaned up as the job went. When the inevitable remodeling issue would come up they keep us updated. This job is as done in a reasonable time frame given the amount of rain and snow we got during the time of construction. We will definitely use them again for any other remodeling needs we have.

Mr. Thomas contacted me very quickly and professionally to let me know he would be able to help me with this work after the first of the year. Unfortunately, I could not wait because of my lenders demands for repair to complete the financing of the house purchase. Since I was in a terrible rush, I had to hire an overpriced handyman to "fit" me into his schedule to complete this "rush" job. This was no fault of Mr. Thomas, and I plan to use his services in the future with other projects I need done within a normal time period. I appreciate his frankness and honesty- that's the type of person / company I would love to do business with!

Bill was great to work with. He was extremely responsive and professional at all times. The work was done in a timely manner and looks great. The job site was also left clean. I would definitely recommend working with this company and if/when we have another need, I will be reaching out to Bill first.

They communicated really well letting me know of the progress step by step. I always knew when they were coming & what they would be doing. Mr. Thomas and the carpenter (Mark) were always attentive to what I was saying. These were quality workers and conservative in their work. Very clean and professional in appearance. The project was done in a timely manner.

Work was done quickly and well. Bill was honest about what he thought we should do which in the long run saved us money and allowed us time to decide on what we wanted. Work was done 3 years ago and has held up great!

Bill and his team have done work at my home before so I knew he was reliable and his workmanship has been and is A+. My bathrooms have completely taken on a whole new look with the custom made to order cabinets (NOT kind you get at Lowes) and the granite counter-tops replaced old laminate. Wow, they are gorgeous! Work was done in timely and professional manner and if I had a larger income I would have had him replace old fiberglass tub/showers! Bill's work ethic is sadly rare in this industry and I am happy to know I can count on him and his team to provide fair pricing and excellent work. I will certainly call him for my next home project. The basement apartment looks great. Bill Thomas worked with us on our concerns and questions, and we are very happy with the end result.

The schedule dragged out because of some project management issues but I have used Bill for many jobs and would not hesitate to use him again. His subcontractors are efficient and friendly with the exception of the tile people who were the root of the problems. The bathroom looks great!
