At SoundVision, it is our mission to Simplify Life Through Technology. We serve Mooresville and the greater Charlotte areas Audio, Video, Home Theater, Home Automation, Security, Lighting / Shade Control, WiFi / Networking, Cellular Enhancer, and Central Vacuum needs. So many times we see systems or solutions that are difficult to understand and use and do not do what the customer wants them to do. That is why we do our very best to spend time during the interview and design phase of your project, to make sure that when your system(s) are installed, they deliver exactly what you want and are easy to use. We strive to excel at our communication, both with you, our customers, as well as internally with our team. Additionally, we design and install products and deliver services that we use ourselves, in our homes, every day! We do NOT use your home as a “mad scientist test lab.” You can rest assured knowing that ANY product we suggest as a solution for you has been installed and tested in many other, similar projects. Description of Work: I needed the speakers connected to wires, so they had to order the platforms for the speakers to mount to the walls. When they came in, the installer completed the job & set everything up. Couldn't have been nicer!

Description of Work: Mounted (2) TV's on the wall (42 inch and 32 inch. Also, installed a Sonos sound speaker to one tv. They went over everything with me. The techs did not leave until I was comfortable operating my new sound system. They informed me of my available options if I wanted to have the system set up in my entire home (inside/outside). I have no complaints about my experience with this company. I will be using them again soon!!!

Description of Work: We had moved into a new home. The previous owner had used their services for his sound system and closed circuit surveillance. They hooked up the existing equipment to our tv and stereo. In addition, they helped install monitoring software to my computer, iPhone and iPad for the surveillance system. I will have hem come back as I have need for further home electronic service.

Description of Work: Programmed and installed new hdtv, receiver, blue ray, Apple TV, reworked existing surround sound system. Programmed home theater master remote. The price included the purchase of a new receiver, blue ray and Apple TV (supplied by SoundVision). We were very pleased with the results, We were told it would take a good part of the day so we were prepared for the long day. They're was an issue with the remote, some of the programming didn't take, but it was fixed the same week. We've worked with SoundVision before (10 yrs ago) and I'm sure will work with them again.

Description of Work: We needed direction on how to wire our tv and cable and DVD thru our tuner. We were not getting sound from the tuner, but rather only thru our tv. We could get picture from our old DVD or sound but not both. We had also purchased a new DVD with the new technology but they confirmed with our aged tv we would not be able to use it. I don't think they spent a full two hours correcting our problem but it was worth the money to have our system useful again.
