Company was great to work with. Extremely responsive up front and throughout the process. They worked with our home builder to get surround sound speakers installed during the home construction process. We had a minor problem with our cable internet service and they were very helpful getting us back up and running.

I submitted three times I was available for service on the site. Was told that the vender would contact me. They didn't. Actually I have never been contacted by the vendor after purchasing from Angie's even though I always get the automated message after purchase. I don't think that feature works well. Anyway, I contacted Bruce and he was very responsive. We settled on a date and he arrived on time, was self sufficient and got the work done within the time allotted. Overall good job.

the installer explained everything that would be performed during initial visit and provided multiple versions of the quote. When the installer arrived, he was punctual and performed all tasks purchased quickly and did a great job. Everything was as described and he showed my wife how to operate everything before leaving.
