Professional polite arrived l hour ahead of schedule will hire them again

It is the first septic tank, it was a messy job, they were prompt, efficient and appears they did a great job...so far we are very satisfied. Chances in two weeks we will still be satisfied, I will report back.

I was in a tight spot about to close on the sell of my house when this issue came up on the inspection. The company that inspected my septic system wanted more than double what Clearwater charged me to fix my problem. They were incredibly flexible and understanding and got it done a lot quicker than I expected. Now I m clear to close on the house and they did a great job!

First, they responded for my request for a quote within 5 minutes. They came to do the work the very next day. Mark and his crew were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent and thorough job. They did not rush things and explained everything they were doing. Mark made sure I knew the best way to take care of my system and didn t try to oversell the work that needed to be done. I will be using Clearwater for all of my future needs on my septic system.

Knew EXACTLY what the problem was. Explained all our options. They were upfront on what the cost would be. Pumped the tank, changed the filter, which the previous company put in wrong, rejuvenated the drain field. We were so pleased.

These guys are hard workers and do a great job

Tank and sewage field was overflowing. Main line from hose was stopped up. They had to pump tank and field an unstop the main line add a filter to field and install 2 risers 3 1/2 feet tall. Total cost 3200.00 Don t know if this was a fair price because this is the first time that I had a problem before. Every thing is working now.

Very knowledgeable. Polite. Answered all my questions.

They were responsive to our situation. Hard workers trying to build a successful business. I had no regrets on my choice.

I asked them to come pump out my septic tank. They cancelled on me twice. Then the day they did show up they said they would be there that morning and didn t get to my place until late afternoon. After finding that my septic tank was under the deck (previous owner built over it) I told them I would tear out the deck that evening. They said they would be back the next morning to try and find the tank again. It s been over 3 weeks since that date and I have never heard anything back from them. On top of that when they were here they parked their truck in my drive and left a large oil stain. The workers smoked while they were here and left cigarette butts in my yard. They also were already trying to up-sell me on products and they had not even found the tank to assess the situation yet.

Clearwater and staff were very professional, and friendly, they told me exactly what needed to be done and why and showed what needed to be replaced and followed up on both days they were here. I would definitely hire them again in the future. They cleaned up after they were done and didn t BS us as other companies have.
