Mark with Safari Septic might just be my new favorite person. After a headache of a septic issue had me scrambling for a professional, Mark came through and absolutely delivered. Amazing customer service, he went above and beyond to resolve what I thought was going to be a nightmare of a problem. 10/10 would recommend and will only be using Safari and Mark for my future septic needs.

Caveat Emptor: The service was performed well and in a timely manner. The only problem I have/had was that there was an issue with payment and I accidentally paid the company twice. I have been in contact with the company and have been given approximately half of my money back (total cost of service was $2,800 of which I have received $1,500 back). My service was completed on October 7, 2022, so I have given the company a year to refund the remaining amount, but I am still told to wait. I guess if you do not overpay, then they are good to work with.

Do not use this company! Mark was over 2 hours late the first day. Showed up with a broken shovel and said we would have to help dig. After a few minutes he said the price was going to be $1200 instead of $400 because the septic tank was deeper than most and he would need to rent heavy equipment unless we wanted to dig it out. He charged $100 and said to call him when we had it dug out. We had the tank dug out and called him. He said he would call us back when he got to the office. Three days later he called and said he had problems with his phone. He scheduled to come out 3 days later to pump out the tank. He was scheduled to arrive at 9:00 but did not show up. When we called he said it would be 12:00. No show again at 12:00 and I called to tell him not to bother. We hired a different company who showed up on time and pumped the tank for less money. They said the tank was the normal depth. He ripped me off for $100 and is a crook!

I received a call within seconds of inquiring. Scheduled an appointment, he was very flexible. Called me before he headed to my property. When he arrive he was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Showed and explained to me the issue. Quoted me on the spot. I excepted, he went to get the part and returned within an hour to finish the job! Great service as he went above what was need to make sure we were good to go. Eork was neat and good customer service skills. I definitely recommend him!

Mark Griffin, was able to fit us in within 24hrs. Gave us an hour advanced notice be to meet him at the house. Was extremely pleasent and helpful and didn't push or recommend unneeded services. Highly recommend and wouldn't call anyone else.

The Safari team was awesome. They replied quickly to my request and were here the next day to pump the tank and the day after to add risers and rejuvenate the drain field. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends. I would have given them five stars for value for money but I need to wait and see if the Rejuvenation of the drain fields worked and that will take a few weeks.

Mark, who is the owner, was super easy to work with and very down to earth. He was honest and didn't mind explaining anything I had questions about. He was also on time and efficient which has been hard to come by lately. I would highly recommend Safari Septic.

He over charged me. I paid 1500.00 for my septic tank to be cleaned out and rejuvenated it, as he called it. He quoted over the phone 400.00, so I expected to pay 600.00. When he got here he started to tell me about an easier way to find my septic tank for next time. He was going to add risers for me. He said the price of that was 2800.00 I was like I ca not afford that, so maybe another time. He told me he would charge me 1500,00 to do the whole job. He said he would give me a first responders discount, I told him I work in the Emergency Department at a hospital, plus I was still in my uniform when I met him, I had just gotten off of work. He said that he counts that as a first responder. Then, he said he would give me a first time customers discount and the total went from 2800.00 to 1500.00 but I had a water line directly over the tank and he could not do the risers, but he still charged me 1500.00. I felt like I was ripped off! It had to be cleaned out and I just wanted to get it done so that I could shower and go to sleep. He came out on a Monday morning a little after 9am. It was not a holiday or weekend. He did not do any extra work that would have cost 1500.00. I was confused and just paid him. Even though I felt like he was ripping me off. He did clean out all the materials inside of my septic tank. He was friendly and explained how the septic tank worked. I still feel like I triple paid for a job.

We had a problem and our toilet was full . He worked to empty it so we would not have to call a plumber. He also told us some options that we should think about to save money. We are going to get back to him on them.
