Description of Work: They performed a very thorough termite, carpenter ant, and wood boring beetle inspection, checking the basement, the attic, and all the walls in between. They did moisture readings on my wood to determine which places might be vulnerable to infestation and in my case two places where water was getting in which warranted repair by a carpenter. Very, very helpful! They were very clear and seemed open and honest about where any damage was and how Lon ago it was including where there was no activity at all. Very forthright. While it was difficult for me to know if the price they gave me to treat/prevent infestations (I Appeared to have no infestations except for a few of the beetles) because I had not done my homework around costs for such things to compare, they were patient and willing to work with me and what would be affordable to me now or in a few months, helped me understand how much time I had to treat the beetles vs. waiting. They were incredibly helpful, reassuring me and exceeding my expectations. People you can trust.

Description of Work: the company responded very quickly, preformed a complete inspection and gave me a pricefor the job i was a little unsure about how well the job would be done since the person giving me the inspection was not the same person doing the work i however very pleased with the timelyness and quality of the work and the porofessionalism of the workres. i am no expert on this subject but after watching these guys at work i am satified i got my moneys worth job well done

Description of Work: THEY TREATED MY HOUSE FOR TERMITES, INSTALLED A VENTING SYSTEM IN MY CRAWLSPACE, PUT A PLASTIC VAPOR BARRIER IN THE CRAWLSPACE AS WELL, AND SPRAYED FOR SPIDERS. THEY ALSO MADE RECOMMENDATIONS RELATIVE TO THE LANDSCAPING AND DRAINAGE.
