Description of Work: I called this company and talked with Ray Steimel, owner, and Ray told me that he would come out and take a look at my deck and give me an estimate and time that he could start work. I need repair work done on my deck; some repair work to my kitchen and some other minor repairs that we discussed that Ray could possibly handle. We set up a date for Ray to come by and he never showed up. I called him back and he said that I must be confused because he stated to me that he would come by if he had time on the day of the appointment. He said he got tied up in Matthews and was unable to call or show up. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and we agreed to set a definite time for Ray to come by and do an estimate. We set the date and time and Ray to date has not showed up nor has he called to apologize for his lack of professionalism. I don't plan to call Ray again and I will not be using his company for the needed repairs.

Description of Work: Needed work on my deck and back of the house. After a little scheduling conflicts - they came by and got the work done fairly quickly. I was pretty happy with the quality. While things can alway be better, after a little bit of time I liked what they did. They also came back a month later to do some random work that they noticed should be done.

 + -1 moreDeck Pros is a great group. I care not to comment on what I paid them for their services but they are reasonable. I feel confident that they would please others as they did a great job in my house. They are cordial and friendly. They also clean up after themselves.
Description of Work: I had an 11 x 12 screened in porch added onto my already 3000 square foot home by Deck Pros. They constructed my porch from the ground up. The porch itself is made of wood and has a doorway.

 + -1 moreThere was only one man who built the deck and he did a wonderful job. The deck is very secure and very safe. Since the deck has been built, it is still holding up well. I am unsure how much it cost because luckily, my husband did all the billing. I pretty much met the guys, left, came home, and had a deck. It was an awesome experience for me.
Description of Work: Deck Pros build a very nice and big deck in the back for us.

 + -1 moreI would say that they did a good job. I was pleased with the service and the way that the company handled my inquiries. I was also happy with the way that the workers took their time to make sure that every detail of the project was done perfectly. They really were such personable workers, and the price was reasonable.
Description of Work: The deck that was built is about 18 x 18 feet and there is another extension that ran about 14 more feet. The deck is not a traditional deck, and it has an octagon shape as well. The material that was used was a top of the line wood. The deck was built in the back of my house.

They showed up on time to build my deck over the course of four days, were friendly to me and my family, and charged reasonable rates. I have since recommended their services to others.
Description of Work: Deck Pro's built a ten by twenty deck for us on the back of our home from the ground up. It has a wooden railing and is not screened in.

 + 0 moreI was not that happy with how long it took them to complete my deck. It was supposed to be done by a certain date but it took them an extra couple of days to finish. I did shop price and found that these guys were one of the most inexpensive around. I am very happy with our new deck. They gave me a real good price and by no means did their actual craftsmanship lack. These guys really did a good job of making sure the entire job was done to our liking. I will say too, that in dealing with them one on one, they were quite polite and very professional.
Description of Work: Deck Pro's built a 13 x 13 foot deck and a covered porch on the back of our house. They used pressure treated lumber and even put on two coats of stain for us.

 + -1 moreWe had interviewed seven contractors before choosing them. I felt they went the extra mile to make sure they accommodated our needs. They asked plenty of questions to ensure everything was the way we wanted. It is super heavy duty wood that they used to support the Jacuzzi. I feel their price was very fair.
Description of Work: I am unsure of the size but we had a large wood deck built on our home. It was made specifically to accommodate our Jacuzzi.
