Description of Work: Came for |Service on Miele range. They say they service these appliances however they were unsure of the diagnosis. If we had told them to go ahead and order a very expensive it would have been the wrong part. We decided to contact someone else who specializes in Miele. They did their best but had no or little knowledge of the brand.

Description of Work: FIXED A SHORTED OUT WIRE CONNECTION AND REMOVED MELTED CONNECTION TERMINAL. TECH WAS ON TIME AND CALLED AHEAD. HE DETAILED THE REPAIR AND DESCRIBED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HOW HE FIXED IT. A BIT PRICEY I THOUGHT BUT IT WAS SOMETHING I COULD NOT DO MYSELF, SO HE EARNED HIS FEE. WOULD USE AGAIN.

Description of Work: fixed heating element on dryer since had no heat and couldnt use. Used them since they are one of the few who worked on Bosch. Cost seemed high but guaranteed for 4 years. Was the first to call back and needed fixed and they could come the quickest so used them. Didnt seem interested in what I had already tried to get it to work, know they have to check the routine problems. Bosch is very hard to find people to work on and will not buy another Bosch due to this.

Description of Work: Peter was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem, had the part on his van and made the repair in a timely manner.
