They come and check if the termites have eaten the wood and treat the same. They come when they are supposed to come, do what they are supposed to do and in between if there is a problem they come again, but do not charge anything. Once we had bee problem, we had them come out again as they couldn’t get rid of the bees the first time.

I called and attempted to set up an appointment. The gentlemen who answered the phone seemed preoccupied. I informed him I am and Angie's list member and there was a $400 deal for their company for a full termite treatment. He somewhat acted annoyed that I mentioned it. He asked for my phone number and said he would call back after he confirmed if it was actually available in my area (which the website said it was). I never received a call back. Not a great first impression. I selected that I would use them again purely to give them a second chance and to give benefit of the doubt.

So far everything has been good. They are supposed to come every 3 months. We were satisfied with their work.

They did a really good job. They were quick and prompt. They were right on time when they said they would be here. They came right in and got right to work. They got it done in a good timely manner. It was a Big Deal that we bought through Angie's List. They were very punctual. We think we would use them again.

TMy termite bond with my old company had lapsed and was very expensive. I called ValuePest because I liked the idea of paying one price to have someone come out quarterly to handle both termites and general pest control. Robert the technician was friendly and on time. I received the Termite and Pest System which included a full inspection, targeting liquid termite treatment and whole house pest treatment. Additionally I needed a CL-100 for our refinance of our house which was also provided after inspection. Very happy and feel this service is great value for the money.

I found ValuePest on Angie's List. The guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a nice job. They were cheaper than a lot of other places I checked with. There wasn't a good link between Angie's List and ValuePest. Angie's List charged my credit card right away, but the company said they never received my payment. There was a mix up but the guy found the payment.

He was really professional. I had some other contractors there, and he stayed out of their way and worked with them. He was just really friendly.

They did everything I asked them to do. They were right on time and showed up when they said they would. I had no problems. They did a good job.

Upon arriving at my house I was asked where the problems were. They were great from the point when I made the appointment to the tech that came out and preformed the treatment. Very prompt and very professional. I will use them again without a doubt:)

sver the last two years the service provided by ValuePest became unacceptable and on February 10, 2012 I called and cancelled service. Over the past two years this company failed to perform the services for which we were paying - by their own admission. The company has never been good at calling to arrange the site visits, and since my wife and I both work they would often show up when no one was home - even though we insisted that they call and arrange an appointment, we would often come home and find the invoice inserted in the storm door. The first troubling incident was when the service tech wrote on the invoice that he could not service the stations behind the house because of the dog in the fence. The ironic thing is, we do not have a fences in back yard and we have no dog. I called and they came back out to check the station - no explanation to the note. Service went down hill from there. The next issue was a missed appointment and a not on the invoice telling me that some of the stations around the house had been removed, service could not be completed, and the contract was now void. All stations are exactly where ValuePest installed them! I called, they promised to come back out. We set an appointment and I waited for them one morning, but they did not show. I called and was promised that they would come - but they never did. Then in February of this month they called and we set an appointment at 4:30 pm. I could not be there, so my wife was going to handle the appointment, as she gets off work at 4:00 pm. As it turned out, she had to leave work early and pick up our granddaughter from her elementary school in Pageland, SC. She drove 65 miled to get back home to meet ValuePest for the appointment, only to find an invoice on the door saying they came that morning, no one was home, and that they could not complete the service because the stations had been removed. My wife was furious, so the next morning I called to cancel the service. I also refused to pay for the trip, as the invoice stated they could not complete the service. Now, ValuePest is sending threatening letters and we will likely end up in court over this issue. By the way - all of the stations are still in the ground around the house and I can show each of them to anyone who wants to know! I do not intend to pay for this final service - they last two invoices clearly states that they could not perform the service. I pay for work that is actually performs - and they failed to perform. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

We have used them for two to three years. They seem to be good in customer service and professionalism. They always come on time. I would use them again in the future.

The technician that services my property is excellent, and I wouldn't have anyone else do the work. He always calls ahead if he is on time or running a bit behind, and he does a great job. I haven't had any pest problems since I started using them.

I've been using ValuePest for many years for both inside & out. They use a safe spray inside the home and regularly monitored termite bait stations outside. Their prices have remained stable and they always do a good job. My tech is Rusty who is awesome.On the rare occasion we have had a bug show up, I call ValuePest and they send Rusty out within a day or two.The only complaint is that there seems to be some communication challenges between the home office and the franchises... but the Value we receive for the price paid is worth the minimal hassle.

We have used this company for approximately two year and they have always provided excellent service for us. The folks are very helpful and will work with you to set a date and time that is convient for you. Also, they call in advance on the day they are arriving. One time we noticed spiders in our garage and we called they came out and took care of the spiders with no cost to us. We believe the price is very reasonable. We have them come every quarter. Highly recommend this company.

Before this incident, they had been very proactive about contacting me a few days before service. I'm not sure what happened this time.

The previous home owner had used them and he was happy with their service so I have continued using them. They have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. This is my first experience with this kind of stuff and they seem like good people. I didn't research at all so I'm not sure if it is a great price.

I called them and they came right out. They did all of the spraying again and they left. They are very unobtrusive. They do a good job with the work. They were able to take care of the problem and I have not had any problems since.

They came when they told me that they would. They installed the system and explained everything to me afterwards. The price is expensive, however I only have to pay for the installation once and they check the system when they come out to spray around my home. The price is right in line with everyone else. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They put out termite traps around the house. They did the regular spray around the house for bugs and other pests. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They gave us an excellent price. They were very responsive. They came out pretty quickly. I think they were here on time.

Consistent recall to keep bugs down. Different personnel each visit(no consistency) wait too long for response to recall request.
