True Blue was very punctual and professional, and it did a good job.

The initial contact was easy and efficient. They gave a quality estimate over the phone. They answered all my questions regarding which solution they would use. They arrived on time. They spent the extra time needed because my house was extra dirty. My house has a speciality finish on the wood and to make sure they did not provide drip marks, they hand dried where there could be drip marks. I would highly recommend this company to other members.

They showed up on time and ready to work. The owner was onsite washing windows with his helper. They did a great job and were professional all the way around. The price was fair and I will use them again next year.

I had an unfortunate situation with them. They were ahead of time. They came to clean my gutters. They were very nice, prompt and friendly. I asked not to put their ladder in a certain area of the ground and they were delighted to do what they were requested. But the method of cleaning the gutters was different from what I had expected and I was unhappy. I had been doing business with one of the providers found on Angies List for 10 years, a long time and they went out of business I don’t know why and I was very sad. So I had to start afresh and I could not afford one of the other top rated companies on Angies List. They wanted $200 for cleaning the gutter which I could not afford so I went for one of the lower ones. The price was fair; they were courteous, prompt and everything else. I wanted a different technique. I was hoping that they would bag away, like the former gutter cleaning provider did they would crawl along the gutter and lift the debris out with their bare hands and put it in the bag. Then they go back and flush out the gutter with water. This company used a different technique which was unfortunate for me. It is really just personal preference issue but I will not be hiring them again. As for the quality of his work I told him when he came to the door after he finished, I explained and showed him what I was unhappy with and he was so upset and he hurried to say that he would fix it. But I told him that I would not make a bad report to Angies List because this was based on personal preference. He is a delightful man and he wanted to make it right. I was sad to be very angry. I need somebody who will remove the debris so that it does not spread all over. This provider uses a blower to blow the debris out of the gutters. He does not hand bag it. Had I understood that ahead of time I would have gone to another provider. It is just my personal need. When I hire somebody I don’t expect a major disaster afterward even though my gutters were clean. That was very awkward for me. I am not angry at him. It is his technique and professionalism that were to blame. After I spoke to him he might change his technique. Every other detail of their presentation and follow through were very good. This particular technique does not suit me.

Jordan was recommended to me by Jack Ballway of Dirty Blinds of Charlotte because I wanted to get my windows cleaned at the same time as the blinds. They were able to coordinate schedules without involving me and proposed two different dates that worked for the two of them. Jordan called me the day before because he'd had a personal issue with his van. We were able to work out a compromise so that he could still come on the same day the blinds were being cleaned. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He arrived on time and quickly cleaned the inside of all my windows. The only reason he didn't clean the outsides and the screens was because I had a Groupon from a competitor and wanted to use that up since it was paid for. This was an absolutely marvelous way to get windows washed and extremely reasonable in my opinion. I paid $75 (his minimum fee) for all the windows in my 1900 SF ranch house to be sparkling clean on the inside. We plan to hire him once a year to keep our windows sparkling!! For $179 it will be a bargain rather than fooling with it ourselves - he was in and out of here in less than 2 hours with no mess or clean up!

They were very polite and very respectful of my house. They did a great job of cleaning the windows. I had actually used a painter a few months before and they had left my windows in an awful shape with paint smears and all kinds of junk where they had tried to pressure wash the house. It dripped down on them and they were dirtier when they had finished than they were before. True-Blue did a very, very good job. The price was very reasonable for what they did; I had a lot of windows. The quality of work was very good and I was very pleased. He had called and I wasn't home so he talked to my husband and I was supposed to call him back. I hadn't gotten around to it and one day I came home and he was sitting in front of my house. He was in the neighborhood and he decided to see if I was home so he could give me an estimate. That was very nice and very good. They came exactly when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to do. It was great and I would definitely use them again.

We have used him for years. If anything isn’t right, he will fix it and make it right. He used a white glove when he cleans the chandeliers, so he leaves no prints. He is very particular. He does excellent work and we have no complaints. I would highly recommend him. His pricing is very reasonably and he's very professional. We are so proud to see how well he has built up his business.

The process went very smoothly. The owner of the company, Jordan Roose, and another worker, Paul, came right on time. They explained fully what they were going to do, how they would go about their business and about how long it would take (3 1/2 hours). They told me that if there was anything else besides the windows and pressure washing that they wanted me to do, to just let them know. I mentioned that the glass foyer light looked a little dim and they cleaned it to a brilliant shine. The 2 gentlemen were very professional and extremely pleasant. When they were done, they put everything back in its place. It only took about 3 hours to complete the job. They did an excellent job. Many of my neighbors stopped to compliment them and me on how great the house looked. I gave out several of their business cards that day. My daughter has been using them for years and she referred them to me. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who asks. Their prices are quite reasonable and they do great work.

Amazing difference from dirty to clean- They also changed lights for chandeliers (from ones I had purchased Very good work, showed up when they said, no surprises, vacuumed when they were completed. Definitely on my long term phone contact list. Would gladly reference to others on professional work.
