It went well. They are neat. We didn't have to give them instructions. They kept the work very clean. They did clean up before they left. Installed all the screens back in.

I'm getting ready to call them again. They couldn't have done anything better because I am going to call them back, but they came in and they were real personable. They were quick. Another company would come to do the windows and take 4 hours. They got everything done in 2 hours and did everything to the same standards that we had before. I think $140 to do eleven windows which includes a big picture window in the den and our sliding glass doors is pretty reasonable for inside and out.

After scheduling, re-scheduling and running late a total of 3 tikes, Jordan finally made it out to the house to give an estimate for pressure washing the exterior of our house . We agreed to the estimate which seemed reasonable. He scheduled and missed two appointments to actually complete the work (contacting us after he was already an hour late to let us know he was running late- DUH- and asking us to reschedule again). Glad we were able to find a more honest and reliable cleaner after wasting our time with this company!

Jordan, arrived with Josh and John. True Blue worked in conjunction with Dirty Blinds so everything was co-ordinated by them. It went great! I have not only double pane windows but also storm windows. All the guys went right to work. It was all completed in 2- 2.5 hours. I had 14 windows for the house, 2 for the garage and the doors. The windows look great. Jordan as well as Josh and John were not only professional, but so friendly. I will definitely use them in the future.

This was a very good experience for us. Jordan and team quickly got to work and did a wonderful job explaining what his team would be doing and gave us great tips on how our particular windows worked, e.g., we could remove the mullions in our windows and really open them up to help us look at Lake Norman unencumbered. They also cleaned all of our lights and bulbs, including an intricate 100-crystal chandelier which turned out beautifully. He and his team have great enthusiasm for helping people feel good about their homes!

Jordan responded quickly to my voicemail (my email didn't go through, which I had already suspected) and was able to get me scheduled before I left to go out of town. We had concerns because of some obvious blockage in our gutters. Jordan came out with another employee and they were finished rather quickly. He knocked on the door to let me know when they arrived and once they were finished, he again knocked on the door so he could go over everything with me. He was able to show me specifically what the issues were with our gutters and I could see by the buckets that they were able to remove the items that were causing us problems. Jordan and I spoke about a few other jobs we are planning in the future, like pressure washing and windows. He was extremely friendly and professional. While he was not the cheapest company we spoke to, he was the person I felt the most comfortable with and I felt that he would be honest with me, possibly saving me money in the long run. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan or True Blue to any of my friends or family!

The provider emailed and called me promptly after I purchased a Big Deal for window cleaning. It turned out that the deal did not cover what I thought it did - the deal was quite vague and poorly drafted. The service provider explained that he had already discussed these issues with his Angie's List representative and apologized for the confusion. He encouraged me to contact Angie's List for a full refund.

This is the 3rd time I used True Blue and, as usual, the work was excellent. Jordan and his crew did a wonderful job in a very professional manner. I love the way my house looks after this team is finished. I recommend them highly to all my friends and neighbors.

Jordon was very responsive to fitting me in on my preferred day and when he started running ahead of schedule that day, he called me and asked if was I available earlier. Since I was, they came right over and the crew went right to work. The crew was great, clean cut, very polite nice young men who worked hard and did a good job. My windows look great!

I used them for pressuring washing my house, gutter clean out and exterior window cleaning. |There was only one technician and I was surprised by how quick and efficient he was. He was very professional, personable and helpful - suggesting options without out any pressure to sale, but only to help.

I was very pleased by Jordan and his team, who cleaned my windows 6 months ago. My windows had not been cleaned in a while and had lots of construction debris at my condo. They cleaned the outside which is 3 stories up with no problem. Very professional and I have them coming back again this week.

I booked Jordan & his team about four weeks ago. They arrived on time & got straight to work taking all the flyscreens off & got started on the outside of the windows. They were here about 5 hours & worked solidly for that time. They were all very courteous & placed towels under each window as they cleaned each window indoors. I didn't want to close my blinds after they left as it was so great to have a crystal clear view. What I like most about True Blue is that Jorden is present with his team checking everything & taking great care of my home.

Jordan Roose, the owner of True Blue Window Cleaning, and his crew, arrived on time, and were extremely pleasant and respectful. They carefully moved my furniture to get access to all of my windows, and took special care to protect my hardwood floors. Quality is their primary concern, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

They were very accommodating with the schedule, did a great job, arrived on time, pricing was not cheap but was fair, they were honest. I actually didn't think my windows could look this good! The pressure washing was a little tricky in spots. They were very detailed in explaining the pros and cons of doing it different ways and we came to a plan that worked well for our situation. I was extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them!

True Blue is a FIVE STARS company From doing my windows to my doors to even my sky lights cleaning the windows and also cleaning the wooden frame inside and out and cleaning all my screens. Then coming back out and pressure washing my deck they did a excellent job I will be a repeat costumer with True Blue and just like the name they are TRUE BLUE.

They are the nicest people and do an excellent job. They have a reasonable price.

They're very agreeable, very professional, and very nice and we will be ordering them again for the next powerwashing of our house.
