Mullis Well drilling is a family owned and operated fourth generation buisiness since 1970. We employee 5 North Carolina Certified Well Contractors who are trained and knowledable of the water well drilling.We are also SC certified well drillers. We do use subcontractors if necessary,like electricans. A service call fee is charged to come out and check system and diagnose the problems. If pump has to be pulled it is a by the foot price. We strive to give the best possible service, knoweledge, at an affordable price.

Description of Work: Repaired a leaky well connection in my crawl space. They did it quickly and professionally for a fair price. Also tested my well water for minerals and chemicals for no extra fees.

Description of Work: They found no power was getting to the well pump system and concluded there was an electrical problem in the house system. So not much for them to do but recommend an electrician. They charged their normal base service charge.

Outstanding!!!!
Description of Work: We lost our water on a Sunday...thought for sure the pump was bad and was prepared to pay (even told them they would need to replace it). First, I sent and email on Sunday and they actually responded (they are closed) and assured me they would be out first thing Monday morning. And sure enough they were. Then they look over my system and say have a bad switch - don't need a new pump. Total cost $137. There is no way I wasn't expecting to get a new pump. They could have said "new pump" and i would have just said do it. This is the 2nd time I have used them. They are the most customer friendly company I have ever dealt with and so fair and honest. My one complaint - I wish they would go into other businesses just so that I could use them on those jobs as well. You would be crazy not to use this company!
