Carolina Pest Management

Called to have a treatment for cockroaches. Had originally agreed to go with another company, but wanted to find someone who offered options other than spraying around the house. I also wanted someone who would treat my attic, not just the ground floor since I was pretty sure that's where the problem was. I was new to the house so had no idea if the bug situation was normal or not. I went with Carolina because they offered a non-toxic "green" treatment and I just felt more comfortable with that option. They did not pressure me to sign a year long agreement and gave me the option of a one time treatment or a quarterly service (that I can drop out of at any time). Service was thorough, professional, and patient. They answered all my questions and made a point of letting me know that if the treatment didn't work they would be back - at no additional cost. It worked! I have not seen one bug inside since they were here. I am sticking with the quarterly treatment for now just to make sure I am covered through the next few changes in seasons. The technician also cleared out all spider webs and the like from around the house - which I didn't expect but was pleased. I know that if I have any problem they will be here and that is just perfect.

We have the same gentleman each visit. He is a very polite man. Very professional.

It went pretty well. They sprayed the areas and put bait in places like under the trees to stop the ants. Looks like it worked, no more ants since then.

Had to return a second time to rid us of ants. He left me some of the gue to apply in the kitchen. It took about a month for the ants to completely go away. Did not have him spray the inside of the house since I am allergic to sprays. He was very good and professionly.

Overall the work was done properly and everything was explained.

Kept finding baby german roaches in the kitchen around the sink and stove. Saw Carolina Pest on Angie's List and called. Came out once and sprayed. Roaches gone for about 5 days but then started seeing them again. Called again. No problem. No cost to me, the company sent someone out to spray again. We have seen very few since and we think it is under control. But would not hesitate to call again. They were very nice to work with.

Called and we had great experience. Very professional. Showed up on time and when they were not able to complete job in one day, made it a priority for next. Explained what they were doing and why it needed to be done. Would recommend highly

The company performs quarterly pest control services and I have noticed a considerable reduction in the amount of pest and insects.

Both technicians were professional, polite, and helpful. The first one not only sprayed to keep squirrels out of our eves, but put a screen up for us so that they wouldn't be able to get in if they came back! The second one that came for the carpenter bees was honest with us and told us we were too late in the year to spray for them (saving us money since the treatment wasn't yet needed, and we would have never known!). However, he did a great job spraying for spiders. We will call them in the spring to spray for the bees before they have a chance to come back again.

Carolina Pest makes it painless. They come spray quarterly like clock work and leave a bill. Also, since we have a small dog, they always give us a heads up so we can keep him inside for a few days. Never had an issue with bugs inside the house since they've been spraying.

I was on a yearly contract with them for about 2-1/2 years. I think I paid about $100 per quarter, but I can't remember. I really liked their service and technicians. I was really happy with them and thought they were a good local company to use.

I can generally get an appointment with 1-2 days or at times the same day when I have a "pest emergency". My technician is always professional and friendly and answers my questions honestly and quickly. If he does not have an answer to my question, he always gets back to me with 1-2 days. He treats my home like it is his and does his best to rid it of pests - and does not try to sell me things I do not need. During my last service call, my technician sprayed as usual and then applied additional pest control chemicals outside my home as we had a new pest trying to come into our house. Since his visit, we have not had any issues with pests. On a previous visit, he found and disposed of a wasps nest in our attic which having two small children gave us great peace of mind. I would recommend Carolina Pest to friends and family.

I have an ongoing termite contract with Carolina Pest Management. The system they use is both reasonably priced and effective. Although I don't regularly spray for pests due to health issues, Carolina Pest Management is always willing to help me on an 'as needed' basis if I run into an insect problem. Everyone I have worked with has been professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Went well. Quick response to my calls and their price was very much in line with the other company's I reached out to. Also, we liked the option of using eco-friendly products because of our kids and cats. After their treatment we saw an immediate reduction of "critters" and would call them again.

Phone contacts were excellent; technician was excellent and explained things thoroughly and clearly. Results were excellent. People were wonderful. So please I signed up for quarterly treatment. Second treatment has already occurred and same service level. Very happy with this company

I called them one day, they came out the next.....did a great job, very profesisonal, excellent work and great follow up - would definately recommend them

He sprayed outside house perimeter and inside perimeter of garage. He sprayed inside of our house with non-toxic spray that kills the critters but does not bother grandkids or small dog or us.

Their serviceman arrived right on time and was very professional.We were surprised how thorough he was compared to our previous exterminating company . The charge was much lower than our previous exterminator too.

We have used Carolina Pest Management for years. While they were out doing the annual termite inspection I had them to spray for spiders and ants. About 3 weeks later they called to see if the problem was solved. I told them not really, still seeing bugs. They sent someone back out to spray again because of the 30 day warranty that I was unaware of. All the employees are always professional and friendly. Anytime we have pestulants, they're who we call.

Carolina Pest Management is a company we feel great about working with. There is no pressure to sign long contracts and the service is guaranteed. If there is a pest problem between visits they come back out with a smile for no extra charge. We had been using Terminex for an ant problem with no success, Carolina Pest Managment took over and we have had great success. Our exterminator is Brian and he is friendly and helpful. You can tell he cares about his job.

I found them on Angie's list and I really liked them. I am ready to call them again. They came down and sprayed the outside of the house and I haven't seen a spider until about a month ago. They really did a good job.

They were on time, very friendly and did good work.

I have been using them for about 3 or 4 years. They are great. We have a set schedule for termites. They call me when they need to spray indoors. I have had no issues since working with them.

We have been very happy with them. There follow up is great. If for some reason after the first treatment doesn't work they always come back out and rectify the situation. We have also been very pleased with the regular person that comes out and does the work.

Were initially very responsive. We had a swarm and they were out the next day. Diagnosed problem and treated appropriately. We contracted for baits to be placed but were having major backyard renovation so they said to call when it was done and they would install remaining baits. Despite numerous calls and emails no one came back till this year and an ongoing 320$ maintenance charge was invoiced. When we complained, they were nice and cut the charge in half which we promptly paid. We had however already contracted with another company who recommended termidor spray instead so we cancelled any ongoing treatment with Carolina. About a week later, we noticed they had come out and removed all the baits we had just paid for. After calling the company they were nice and immediately refunded the money we had just paid. According to them, because we had cancelled ongoing treatment, the baits needed to be removed as they belong to a parent company. I am certainly okay with that. I just am a little peeved that they did not tell us that before paying and then sneaking back on the property to remove the baits with nothing left on the door or in the mail to let us know. Had I not noticed by moving pine straw the baits were gone, I would have paid the $160 for nothing. It is tough to grade them as the main office is professional, punctual and reasonable, but some of the employees are not.
