I ordered them to do cockroach treatment for entire house, inside and out including garage for a one time service for $150. Their treatment did nothing to solve the problem. The person who came into the house, literally came in with a hand held small spray bottle like the one you buy at the store, and sprayed in 5 locations inside the house. When I called to report that I still have roaches, I left numerous messages for Richie, but he never called me back. Even though they claim the service is "guaranteed" I can assure you that getting them to come back to fix their work will be impossible. Worst service I've ever seen.

She arrived right on time, and proceeded to inspect the house and property, and applied the appropriate treatment. I was so impressed I signed up for regular quarterly treatements.

They are a terrific company! The technician came out the very next morning after I called, and killed the nest that was forming in my attic. He then removed the nest and the queen and within a few days the straggler hornets stopped coming into the house. I have always been very happy with their service and professionalism. I will stick with this company, and recommended them to my Dad also.

I could not have been happier. From the first call to the final performance everything went very smoothly. Tech came on time, was polite and friendly and professional. He found a dead snake in my crawl space, removed it, cleaned up the mess and put down a deodorizer. Problem solved!

This is the second year we've used them. It costs $65 a month. I think they're better than others on pricing. We had another problem where the mosquitoes were still showing up very quickly. My property is sloped, so there are a lot of drains to redirect the water. They were laying eggs in there. So, she started to treat the drains and they went down to zero. It worked out really well.

Technician was friendly, professional, and timely. He was very knowledgeable and ensured I understood the work to be done and the safety of the product used to spray indoors. I've had 2 preventive sprays so far and have not had any issues.

Very professional, good to work with. Will re-treat within 30 days if needed. Provide many tips for how to keep critters away in future. There is no magic wand for bugs but this company's treatments help a lot.

What was great about it is it was for our rental home and all I had to do is set up the payment with the company. Then they took it from there and contacted my tenant and set up the appointment and then called me just to let me know when the appointment was and everything was good. Excellent service and made it easy when getting a vendor for my tenants. They were very professional.

Pam at the office explained all the services available and made recommendations on what I needed, and also explained why I didn't need certain services I asked about. She scheduled the appointment for a technician to do the work the next. day. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything he would be doing and was very thorough and paid a lot of attention to detail. After completing the job, he walked me around the house and explained everything he did. I've scheduled him to come back for quarterly treatments. The price and the work were exactly what I was expecting with no surprises, and Dan, the technician was extremely personable and professional.

I like them. They do an outside green pest control. I have also hired them in the past to do fire ants once a year. One thing that I like about them, is that they send out the same exterminator all the time, so it seems personable. Even when I was frustrated with the mosquitoes, the woman talked to me about it, and she gave us one free treatment. I really like their company.

Contacted company for estimate that might possibly save us $$$ over current contractor. While I did not use the company, the service person with whom I spoke was very helpful in helping me make a contractor switch. Would recommend this company just by the way I was treated even tho the rep knew I was not a potential customer. Very professional and friendly. First rate!

It went very well. All of the issues stopped after the spray. They were very nice.

They did a great job. She was a really nice lady that came and we spoke a lot and I really like her. It's a good service I guess. I think they're very competitive in wherever they should be.

She is pleasant, personable, punctual, takes the time to understand any concerns or problems before she gets started with our quarterly service, and is always ready to answer questions and offer information. It's also really convenient to always have the same person doing our quarterly treatment since there is less explanation involved, she knows us and our home.
