A very positive experience from start to finish. I first spoke with Pam at Carolina Pest Management to explain our problem and schedule a technician to come out. Pam was courteous and straightforward about pricing and procedures. Technician Jason Terrell apprived promptly at the scheduled time. He was friendly and professional, answered my questions and performed a thorough inspection of the crawl space and exterior foundation. Jason did not believe that the feces evidence was recent, said he saw no other evidence of damage or infestation. He did find one point of possible entry and suggested how I might correct it, also suggesting that I continue to monitor the situation for anything new. I was thoroughly impressed with his honesty and sincerity. These folks don't need to drum up business with exaggerated claims or scare tactics. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I got a call back from Chuck and he said he was close by my home and would go look at the problem within hours. He called me back at my work and I talked him to where the yellow jackets were. He told me how he would have to cut away at part of the scrub to find where theory were burrowed into the ground, and then he would treat. He made no promises that the yellow jackets could return within a couple of days. It has now been about a week with no return. Chuck was really great to deal with.

They have been really good. They always show up when they are supposed to. They do pretty much whatever you need extra. They come on a quarterly basis for us. If there is a special spot you want them to spray they will do all that stuff. They are really good. They are professional. They are not expensive, I don't think they are any more expensive than any other companies around. They are very knowledgeable with the bug stuff. They know all the different kinds of bugs and different kids of stuff to spray on them.

They were supposed to come on a certain time, but they didn't show. And then, they called and rescheduled. Finally, the bid came out, but I wasn't really impressed with their service and their timeliness.

We are still using them and I used them before when we had a lot of bird's nest in our attic. They did a really good job so we called them back when we had our problems with spiders, ants and other bugs. My husband does not think the sprayed the house on the initial application but I don't know. After the initial application we signed a contract for quarterly applications at $95 per treatment. I think their price is high but they responded very well.

When they initially came out they checked for ants as well as termites. Dan found both. He actually came out twice to make sure he caught all of the problems. The initial inspection was free. He was very professional and informative. After the initial inspection he called me with numerous options. He also sent me printed details on the location of all of the termites and a contract for me to complete before the work commenced. I elected for the Sentricon system because termites are very prevalent in my neighborhood. When the ant treatment was completed they were detailed oriented and sprayed inside and out with a formula safe for pets and children. I have not seen any more ants in the house. I still see some outside which is to be expected. They also called about two weeks after the treatment to make sure the ants were gone and to check to see if I needed anything. I have elected for them to come out quarterly for the ants. The crew that installed the termite system and moisture barrier arrived on time. They were very efficient and courteous. They cleaned up all of their mess and informed us upon completion. I was billed for my services with an invoice I did not have to pay on the spot. They followed up with an additional letter explaining my contract for the termites and thanking me for my business.

They are good. We use them regularly now.

I used Carolina Pest at my old house and when I moved I called them to start service at the current home. I have been very pleased with the customer service and the products used. I use "green" inside the house and pests are controlled. Price listed above is for the start-up service then it drops for the follow-up quarterly service. We are also using Carolina Pest for mesquito control. The service techs are friendly, know they products, and are on time.

The technician that came did a great job in explaining to my husband their services. She then put poison down in an effort to get rid of a mouse we had in our pantry. A week later we continued to see the mouse. My husband contacted the company back and informed them. He asked to have someone come back out. He was told their schedule was busy that week and they would call him back to set something up. They never called back. We have since purchased our own mouse trap and are attempting to get rid of the mouse ourselves. The initial service was good but the follow up was lousy. We now feel we wasted our $135 because nothing happened as a result of their service call and we had to go out and purchase our own mouse traps. My husband was able to contact the technician and set up a time to come back out. For an additional fee the technician placed a trap outside. Since that time we have no longer seen any evidence of the mouse. We appreciate the follow up from the company.

Carolina Pest Management were prompt and on time for our appointment. They came in to the house and told me what they were going to do. They went up under the house. I could hear them under there, tapping on the wood and doing other things. Then he came out and measured the house. I didn't have any termites. He explained to me the programs they have to prevent termites and other things that they have. They told me they were going to send me an email with all those prices, but I haven't gotten that yet. I'm interested in getting termite treatment done, because it's been a while since I've had it done and I'll be using them for that.

Very nice and very professional but they did not catch the pests that were climbing on my roof and getting into my attic due to the fact that they set the traps in the yard instead of in the attic. They did give me a good recommendation for someone who was able to help me with my problem.

Response to email request was prompt. Had appt scheduled within days. Tech showed on day requested and left bill on door. Service seems to be working. Office rep that assisted was very pleasant. Will work with again.

Unfortunately, the squirrels came back. They were angry that their entry point was closed off and created an entirely new point of entry. It did take a few calls to get the provider back. When they did arrive, they placed a trap in attic for squirrels. They came back to check to see if squirrels were trapped. Because they were not able to trap the squirrels, they then did repair new point of entry. I am happy that they repaired new hole but felt that traps should have been set when original work was done. Then the squirrels would not have had the opportunity to create a new hole. I would not hesitate to call them back if the squirrels do come back, Hubby and I are also pruning trees around our house so that they cannot jump directly on our roof. Also have to get electrical work on wires that squirrels chewed up.

If you do have any problems they are very easy to get to come back to keep trying until the problem is solved. I feel that the technicians are all wonderful. They are a very trustworthy comfortable company.

The technician, Patrick visited once for initial treatment and two more visits for follow-up. Very professional and knowledgable. Also responded by phone when we had questions after the visit. Highly recommended.

Already gave examples. Did not complain about returning to deal with the ants. He knew what kind they were.

Brian was very professional and arrived early. He took the time needed to discuss our expectations and the types of insects that we have seen around our home. My wife and I felt comfortable with him providing the service and he was knowledgable. He then sprayed the perimeter and the inside and reassured us that we can call him with any questions. We thought it was a little expensive initially, given that I usually spray around the house, but given his professionalism and knowlege I think it is worth the price and I look forward to relinquishing the pest control to them.

He is constantly on time, calling ahead if there is a scheduling conflict or if it is possible to come early. Friendly and prompt, knowledge of what needs to be done and how.

First used Carolina Pest about a year ago when I moved into the house. Initially used them for bug spraying. After the first treatment we had an ant invasion. They advised us to wait a few days and call back if there was still a problem. There was, and they came out within a day or so of calling back. I have used them regularly since then and not seen any bugs in the house. I once saw some ants on the exterior of the concrete foundation and called. They sent someone out to spray again within a day or so. I was so pleased that I also contracted them to install and maintain an annual termite baiting system. It is nearly always the same guy that visits. He always calls a few days in advance and asks if we have any problems or specific concerns. Once or twice I have mentioned things and he takes special care to address. They just offered a "special" to pre-pay for the year which I took advantage of. They are great to work with - they always answer the phone and are very pleasant.

The overall experience was excellent. It was performed exactly as expected.
