Overall they provided a good service. Our technician did a good job at looking for the root of our ant problem rather than just treating randomly around the house. The date of service above is very approximate, as I don't specifically recall last service.

I had initially started out by contacting several companies on pricing me doing a general extermination with fire ant control through the yard as well as spraying for mosquito's. Ms. Dodd was very quick on responding...the quickest of all actually. Price was very competitive. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive (however I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for). After a couple of emails, she had thoroughly answered all of my questions as well as making suggestions and giving me an arsenal of information to make the best decisions to what was needed. She was very up front and honest. She did not promise the "moon", but was realistic on what I could expect, which I appreciated. On scheduling, I had a big party coming up in about a month and a half and she was willing to wait to schedule my time until right before the party to best ensure the most optimal performance of services, instead of trying to rush into getting in and out so they could get their money. Very easy to schedule. On day of services, we received a phone call confirming the appointment, then he showed up exactly on time! Not only did they do all that was asked for, but he also did a home inspection for termite damage or termites period free of charge. He was very professional and did a great job explaining everything. I absolutely love to do business with family owned companies. The ones that are able to keep up a business definitely understand the need and importance for customer service and quality. That is the only thing that will separate them from the others. And this company understands that completely! This is a company that stands behind their work. Not only will I continue business with them, but will recommend to as many people as I can! Thanks

They always call us up on the follow ups for the quarterly appointments so that I won’t forget. They are quick. They use green products so my dogs aren’t affected by it. I would continue using them.

They were quick to respond and I never had any issues contacting them. I really liked them. I have even continued service with the deal after the deal until the spring of 2013. We had a really bad issue with ants. Chuck was the technician who typically came out and he was really good. David, the general manager, also came out when we were having a lot of problems to help us assess the situation. They were both really helpful. They continue spraying and coming out. They worked with us and it took a while to get the problem discovered. They had found that there was an ant colony that had started to come up under the foundation to our house. We ended up doing a termite and mosquito treatment with them as well. The treatment was effective. We haven’t needed the service since and that is the only reason we haven’t had them back out.

They were very helpful when i had to reschedule. The guy was very nice and gave me some advice to get through between services.

Everything went great; David schedules quarterly, but he will (and has) come back if I call for something special. Very professional, knowledgeable, and always dependable.

I pay $90 for a quarter. They are punctual and they have done a great job solving our ant problem. We have not seen any ants recently. They call before they come to set the time and are always prompt in being here. Their service person has called once or twice if they are going to be late. They have good customer service.

Michelle was prompt and was very sensitive to my concerns about toxic sprays. I signed up for the quarterly recurring service because of her knowledge and professionalism. I feel better knowing she is taking care of our bug issues. Very happy with the service and highly recommend Michelle as tech for exterminating jobs.

They are a local company and they have a great reputation. They come out when they say they will and do what they say they are going to do. They also have access online to scheduling and paying your bills. It fixes the problem for the time being.

I called on a Monday and told the office person what I needed. She scheduled me for the following Friday. Troy arrived and got to work. Not only did he spray, but he went outside and swept away all the cobwebs which are so prevalent now. He ended up treating the yard, too, since I had complained about carpenter ants. (I had contacted another pest control outfit which told me I had so much mold in my crawlspace that he estimated $1,000 to just clean up the mold. His estimate totaled THOUSANDS of dollars when all I wanted was to get rid of bugs! Furthermore, I had a foundation company work in my crawlspace the following week who said I had little mold. Watch out for those con men!) Troy was as pleasant as could be and did a great job! Since the treatment, I've seen some dead roaches around and not a single one of those other bugs! And I did not have to spend thousands for unnecessary work.

Came immediately to inspect home for termited. Thankfully was clean but was very honest and taught me tricks on how to discern if we do, in fact, have termites entering home. Would have used their service but prices are too high for us to do right now. However, very satisfied with their honesty, professionalism and responsiveness. This vendor deserves an A

I've used them twice. Once for an initial treatment and one more time. I decided it was a little too much for what they were doing. I decided I could get chemicals and do it myself cheaper. I could tell a difference after they were here. I felt the followup treatments were minimal and not as thorough. They could afford to step it up more on their routine work. They were always responsive. I would use them again in the future with a little more scolding. I never gave them that opportunity; I just stopped using the service.

The pest specialist was very resourceful and answered all my questions and concerns. He layed down 6-8 boxes of poison throughout the house to kill our mice problem. No signs of mice since then

When calling to set up the appointment, the ladies I spoke with very very friendly and knowledgable. The technician arrived about 15 minutes late, but did his work quickly and carefully. I has been a week and we have not seen any of the creepy-crawlies that prompted our call. We have signed up for the quarterly service and I expect no problems.

They were responsive. The guy seemed to be very knowledgeable as to what was going on, what problems I was having and how to correct them. So that was the main thing.
