Description of Work: Termite pre-treatment for new detached garage. My contractor was supposed to have the site ready by the time Carolina Pest arrived to do the treatment, but he was behind in getting the site finished and they were unable to do the treatment. With the building inspection happening that afternoon, they came back once the contractor was done and did the termite treatment before the inspection. Couldn't thank them enough for working around the contractor.

Description of Work: Quarterly pest prevention service. I have had a contract with them for the past year. Last summer we had a problem with roaches coming in from outside. Troy resolved that issue and told me about their environmentally and pet friendly products. I pay a little more for these products. Troy will come back during the quarter to take care of any problems at no charge. He is a very courteous and friendly young man.

Description of Work: I have used Brian from Carolina Pest Control for over a year now and feel very comfortable around him. After using Killo for years and been slightly dissatisfied, their tech would not do under house and he was always ready to talk religion... Description of Work: Jason, their service man, came out to perform our quarterly service. First thing Jason did was talk to me about issues we were having around the house so he could tailor the treatment to our needs. Then he went around the outside of the house, garage , and basement and did a great job of addressing our pest issues. Jason also took the time to explain what might be coming our way as temperatures drop and to make sure we gave him a call if anything came up.

Description of Work: Carolina came out to treat for termites. Casey explained exactly what they would do and how much it cost. They were about 50 less than Terminex or Orkin for the same service. Team that came out to do the work was very professional, quicjk and courtious. Would certainly recommend.
