Carolina Pest Management

I have been using them for the past six months. They do a great job. They fix the problem before they leave the job site. They are willing to work to solve the problem. I will keep using them.

This company was very punctual. If they were going to be 2 minutes late, they would call to notify us. The price was right, and overall, service was great. We had problems with the pests again, but they were willing to come back. The second time took care of the problem. We will use them again.

I thought that they did a good job. They didn't find a diagnosis for them yet. They did the treatment two weeks ago and most of them are gone, but the guy said he didn't know if they were dying because of the weather or the treatment. So if they come back in the spring then I will have him come back to do another treatment.

We had a big problem this year with earwigs (a bug I've never even heard of before!) and roaches (never had a problem with them) and we wanted to be rid of the bugs! We have two dogs that are very sensitive to chemicals, and I have some chemical sensitivities as well, so we wanted to go with a less harsh treatment. We've never sprayed for bugs before, but the people at Carolina Pest Management came out within a few days and treated our home. The formula they used didn't smell like harsh chemicals and honestly smelled kind of nice. The gentleman who treated our home was very polite and did a good job. A week later, we were still having problems (not as many bugs, but still more than we'd like) so I called back to ask how long the treatment should take. They immediately scheduled a follow-up visit where they re-sprayed our home - for free! He explained that since we weren't on an ongoing plan, it might not work as well (especially since we got rain) - but there was really no sales pressure from him. I was very impressed and we are going to set up a quarterly plan with them using their eco-friendly formula. I highly recommend Carolina Pest Management.

We bought an old house that has holes in the facia, etc. Scott arrived on time and assured me they were old holes and he did not see any signs of active wood eating pests. We own a house across the street that I was concerned about, also. Scott crawled through the whole crawl space to get a moisture reading and make sure there were no signs of any pests. He was very thorough and made recommendations on removing some items under the house. I will use Carolina Pest again and have already recommended them to my friend with persistent ant problems.

So far so good. They were punctual, and they came out soon after I called. The company was very easy to work with, they people in the office quoted me the prices.

My experience has been fine. They inspect my house annually for termites. I had an infestation in my garage and they took care of it. When I first moved here I had mice they got rid of them over night. I like that they have a lot of different options for customers. They are really good to work with on everything. They have excellent sales people.

Excellent company. Somebody came out the day after I called. He inspected for termites & bugs and also took moisture readings in the crawl space & marked them on rafters w/the date at various spots. He explained what he found (no ground termites), what could still be there undetected (inside-wall termites), thoroughly explained the moisture situation & what signs to look for in future, what could be done if moisture increased, and discussed insulation in crawl space. Very professional and complete. No hard sell, for which I was EXTREMELY grateful. I like companies that tell me what the situation is, make recommendations or not, as needed, and don't try to scare me into signing up for something I may not need. (I cross the hard-sell types right off my list. Don't trust them to be ethical). They will put me in their computer & call again in a year. This inspection was free, next one will be $85, which seems more than fair to me.

They are really nice people. They are very accommodating. The technician will bend over backwards for you. He was very thorough with explaining how they could control it by doing a monthly treatment. We are looking to have monthly treatments for the whole summer.

The service was great! They did a very good job and offered a coupon. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The technician arrived an hour early, which worked fine for my schedule. I'm sure if I hadn't been home he would have returned at the arranged time. He was very friendly, pleasant, and very informative. He conducted a free termite inspection of our home during his service and told us that things look fine. He did recommend a baiting system, which I have used at a previous residence, but said it wasn't an urgent matter and that we should just think about budgeting for it in the future. He was very not pressuring me at all to purchase the product. I am pregnant and was concerned about the chemicals being used and he was patient with me and explained that the chemical is not sprayed in to the air or along baseboards like it once was. He took the time to talk to me and understood my apprehension about the chemicals. He also suggested that we use their new Green line of products in the future once we have a newborn in the home. We will definitely go Green on our next treatment and I appreciated the information he provided.

This was a great experience. I am always afraid of being ripped off and I just knew if I had a pest control company come out, they would be trying to sign me up for all kinds of preventative treatments. The gentleman who came out was punctual, did the inspection (no termites) and said they would come out once a year and inspect now. We chatted a bit about canker worms and termite swarms and then he was off to his next appointment. I was so happy that I was not pressured into any kind of contract and of course I will have them out yearly to inspect for termites. This laid back non-aggressive approach certainly makes me trust this company much more.

Based on research on Angie's List, we called for an estimate for our house and were given several options (monthly, quarterly, etc.). We chose the quarterly option and scheduled the initial visit. Jason was the exterminator. He was very thorough, professional, pleasant, prompt, and friendly. Several days later, the company called to ask if everything went well and we told them it had. We are very pleased so far with this service.

Came on time, were professional, handled the problem. Very satisfied.

We had a serious problem with ants in our new home. If anything, even a drop of juice, was left on the kitchen counter, within 20 minutes there would be a pile of ants all over it. We called Carolina Pest Management and they were able to come over the next day to treat our home. Since time of treatment we have not seen a single ant in our house. (It's now been about three weeks). It was important to us that an organic pesticide be used and they were happy to comply. We did decide to sign up for quarterly treatments; they're a good deal and the work is guaranteed between treatments. I would highly recommend this company.

I'm very pleased with the services I receive from Carolina Pest Management. They very professional, responsive and really go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to schedule, called and spoke with the main office. Rodney, who does the service, called back the same day to schedule a time. He was very accommodating to our schedule. Very prompt! He even called to say he was on his way one time when he wasn't even running late. He is very friendly, does the job and listens to any concerns and does his best to treat problem areas. We have a small child and pets and he gives us the time to move items (and the child) around to keep away from the treatment. We also looked into a well known national company and did not like the service commitments and written contracts. Carolina Pest is so much easier to work with and explained everything clearly upfront. They also come in-between scheduled visits if needed.

They are very thorough and very pleasant. Randy always takes the time to explain why there is no residual product for spiders, but dutifully removes webs and sprays for them anyway!

I had trouble getting an appointment scheduled and confirmed. The technician arrived about 20 minutes early, too early for me to get there from work to walk through with him. The inspection was not as thorough as I expected; the report stated some of the spaces were not inspected due to the former owner's belongings in the way. However, they were virtually moved out by then.

They were prompt, came when I wasn't in the house. You still did have ants afterward. They offered to come back, no need to have them come back, just took care of the rest himself.

Rodney, the employee who did the work, did a fantastic job. He was very polite and did very thorough work. We signed up for the quarterly pest control which reduces the cost. (I believe it will be around $90/quarter.)

The rep came and listened to my problem again. He told me the bugs may be coming from the trees in the yard or from manholes that were 100 yds away. I told him I thought they were coming down the chimney because there were several caught in traps he placed in the fireplace last year. He then sprayed the perimeter of the house and from that point on the remainder of his visit was about their termite inspection and prevention plan which I am sure every homeowner needs. But, that's not what I called for. He became so focused on this subject, that I had to remind him to replace the traps in the fireplace. After he left, I realized that if he had been more focused on my immediate problem, he would have sprayed the perimeter on my family room in case bugs got past the traps. Nice guy. Not focused on my problem.

They come out quarterly, distribute pest control products around the outside of my house, and the inside of my house. They always call and make an appointment, are on time, and I'd recommend them to anyone! If I have any problems with bugs I let them know.

VERY QUICK TO RESPOND AND TAKE ACTION. VENTS INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY AND THEY ARE SOOOO MUCH BETTER! DEAD SQUIRREL REMOVAL WAS KINDA GROSS, BUT THEY DID IT. CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY WITH SIGHTING OF ADDITIONAL PESTS....SEEM LIKE A HARD-WORKING FAIR COMPANY. I NEED TO GET THEM BACK IN HERE!
