Carolina Pest Management

After two weeks of my own failed efforts to control mice, I called Carolina Pest Management. They came within two days, set their baits and now the mouse problem is gone.

Job was done professionally and very promptly.

The technician called ahead to confirm my location and he arrived on time. He asked me to explain/confirm the type of rodent problem I was having in my home. We walked around the first floor and examined the area where I had seen evidence of the rodent problem. He then put down traps in that area and all around the first floor of my house and the garage. He explain how the traps worked and what I should expect to happen over the next 30 days. He finally checked the crawl space under my house and he also checked the attic area for evidence of a rodent problem. He reported back to me that he did not see any evidence of a rodent infestation. As of the time of this report I have not seen any more evidence of a rodent. It would appear that the process is working.

We have been using them for a year and half now. It is a local company. I just like the technician. He is a really nice person. They do come out whenever I have a problem. I would use them again in the future too.

I have been using them for a long time. The people who work for them are extremely personable and willing to ask questions and pursue things. They call us and follow up with us quarterly, reminding us of our appointments. They charge per quarter. I'm happy with them.

We like them. We pay them quarterly. They are awesome. They are always checking in. They are very friendly and very customer service oriented. Anytime we have questions about anything they are more than willing to come back again. They are great and we have never been dissatisfied at all. We think their price is a good range. We will absolutely continue to use them.

They did a quarterly update three or four weeks ago and I spent $85 for the visit. They just did the exterior. Overall, I am satisfied with their work. I have had no problems. They are punctual. They get in and out quickly. They don?t take too much of my time. I would continue to use them in the future.

This is a wonderful company. Great experience from my initial phone call for service and appointment scheduling to the technician who came to my home to apply the treatment. Troy was very professional and thorough and went out of his way to explain where and how they treat for pests. Far better experience with both customer service and the quality and detail of application in and around my home compared to another local pest control service I've used in the past. Highly recommend them. Use with confidence.

They found evidence that I had a squirrel in the attic. I had a roofer come in during the day and close up the roof when the squirrel was gone. I have used them 3 times and they are outstanding. They arrive right on time for the appointment. The technician, Jason, does great job. He is very thorough and looks at everything. He spends a sufficient amount of time to really look into the problem you are having. He is very friendly and explains clearly what he found.

I am happy with the results. Because they do not use chemicals the treatment doesn't last as long, but I knew that going in. You have to understand that it is a different type of treatment and I think it is a much safer option. They were very honest and up front about the treatment, how it works, and how often it needs to be applied. I would definitely have them back.

They are prompt and call every quarter. If i have any problems in between service, I call and they will come out to spray. The gentleman who comes out is friendly, professional and responsive. Now you can pay on-line which I really like.

I had my doubts with any pest management, as it is extremely difficult to find, treat, and confirm all places of entry, etc. The customer service scheduler and the technician from Carolina Pest Mgmt both indicated that, while they would do their best to resolve in one visit, it could take any additional visits, which I was expecting. But long story short, the technician that arrived was a great and personable guy who was obviously educated in the services. He carefully monitored the house perimeter from outdoors, looking for obvious (or not so obvious) dominant entry/exit paths to treat. He found a few, and treated the exterior perimeter fully. He then treated the interior fully, with an examination and treatment of all exterior walls, sinks, entrances, etc. I have pets and there was no dangerous residue issue, nor any unpleasant odors. Amazingly, by that evening, the ant buffet brigades were noticeably reduced, and within 24-36 hours, we saw absolutely no more ants, except the handfuls of dead ones discovered down in our laundry room and other select places. Bottom line, Carolina Pest Mgmt managed to do 100% wipeout in one visit! We signed up for the annual (quarterly) maintenance, at a reasonable cost and it will continue to be money well spent! These folks "Terminate" the large nationals by a mile, in both price and service, as I've tried them in the past. No more, Carolina Pest Mgmt has won me as a repeat customer.

Very good experience with this company. The exterminator that came to our house spent a lot of time with me, looking around our house for possible mice entrance points. He was very careful about the baiting process and ensuring that my young child could not gain access to areas that were baited. He also sprayed outside of the house to eliminate cockroaches. We opted for the "green" treatment and I was very impressed when I did a little research on the materials actually used for the treatment and their safety. I am really glad that they had this option as it was the most important thing to me when selecting an insect exterminator. We agreed to a quarterly service agreement and I liked the fact that the same exterminator will come to our house every time. The exterminator was not on time for our initial meeting (thus the slightly lower score above for punctuality) but the time that he spent with me more than made up for that.

They are really easy to work with. They are on time. I liked their green solutions and that it was quarterly. The thing I like is that they don?t really need to spray the whole house. They just do window sills and then outside treatment. Their price is cheaper than what I am used to in Florida.

They were responsive and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I will use this company again in the future.

The installation of the bait system and quarterly servicing go very well. The folks are always punctual and professional and helpful.

We paid exactly they priced. They came when they said they would and they kept us informed and gave us the Angie's List discount and a senior discount for ongoing treatments.

They are prompt and they get rid of the pests. I will continue to use their service.

He got here a little early and we talked through the problem areas. He sprayed inside in those areas and a few other places and then sprayed around the exterior of the house.

They are very good and have always been punctual. They follow up well, and they do a great job. Their prices are very comparable, and they have completely eliminated my pest problems.

Initial call set up a site visit within 48 hours. The technician (Jason) was on-time and immediately found the nest opening. Because the nest was very close to the water, Jason could not use conventional methods due to potential environmental impact. Instead, he used a dust/powder to immobilize the nest then dug it up and destroyed it. Jason made it clear that if we notice any hint of insects still in the area after two days that we need to call the office and arrange for another visit based upon their guarantee. Very impressed with Jason - an excellent representative for his company. Will use again without hesitation.

The workers at Carolina did a good job. They were punctual and did a quick job as well. They cleaned up pretty well. The pricing is the only complaint I would have. Other than that, they were great

They do pest control in and out of the house. I have been using them for the last 8 years. They do an excellent job.
