Carolina Pest Management

We really like them. We are very pleaseed. They are courteous, provide great service, and do a really great job for us. They had really good reviews and when we called, it was the same experience. They are really nice and they call us to schedule an appointment. We never have to call them and it's a really nice service.

I found Carolina Pest Management on Angie's List a long time ago. They are less expensive than the other company that I have used. I would give Carolina Pest Management an A overall.

They are very regular and very prompt. They seem to be very accommodating to the customer. They will come back if I have any problem in between those quarterly treatments; they don’t make any charge for that. I have been very pleased with them. They will be out probably in the next month or so.

I called set up the appointment easily. Mike arrived on time and was professional and informative. Unfortunately, the first treatment did not get rid of the ants coming into my kitchen so I called Carolina Pest and Mike came out again free of charge for the second treatment. Mike tackled the problem as thoroughly as possible the second time he came out and it worked. Everything went very well from start to finish. The only thing I would ideally change is the billing. All I wanted was ants removed from my kitchen. I did not want my entire house treated for bugs in general. I was charged the price any customer without an annual contract and with my size home would pay for a whole house treatment. In the end I'm okay with the price I paid simply because the ants were so annoying and now they are finally gone thanks to Carolina Pest.

We have been using Carolina Pest for several years using their quarterly service and am very happy with them. We have the same exterminator every time and he is very friendly and professional. No complaints and will continue to use them!

We have been using them for two years. They do a good job and are very courteous. They always call to make an appointment. If we ever have problems they come back and respray.

Very easy to set up on phone. Guy went to same named street in different part of town. Called and told me what happened and got directions. Showed up and took all the time necessary to do job. Guy was very decent and good, and explained everything he did to me. Critters are gone!

I called Carolina Pest Management after I discontinued my service with a different provider due to poor Customer Service. Carolina Pest Customer Service Rep was very nice and I had an appointment within a week. Troy our service provider for the Matthew's area came out to the house. He was very prompt and explained what he would be doing to get rid of our ant problem. I really liked Troy and this company. I signed up for the year as I truly believe Customer Service in all professionals is the key to success...Great Job!

We were having 1-4 wasp(s) getting in our house each night so I called Carolina Pest Management and spoke with Sarah on Tuesday 11/1/11. Sarah was very professional and set me up to have a technician, Mike, come out on Thursday 11/3/11 around noon to my home in Fort Mill. Mike arrived promptly at noon (may have even been a few minutes early), searched our attic, and located a wasp's nest. He then sprayed around the house. Total time was about 30 minutes. Mike was very professional and offered me quarterly service, which I considered but declined as I don't really have too many problems throughout the year (with the exception of these pesky wasps). Very good experience.

The serviceman was very knowledged and explained everything he was doing. I especially have a problem with spiders. He cleared all webs and eggs and sprayed all areas. Very professional and arrived on time Would hire again.

We started our experience with an Angie's List Deal for $85. Troy was our local service technician and he sprayed around all the windows, sinks, doors, and any area that he saw cobwebs. He placed mouse traps/poison around areas that were seemed to have access to the outdoors and we had especially wanted him to come to help us control an ant problem which he said granules in the yard would do. The treatment was guaranteed for 3 months. He was pleasant, punctual, and professional and said he'd come back if we continued to have problems within the 3 months. We noticed the ant problem decreasing for a few days but, within a couple of weeks, we noticed that the ants had come back. We called Carolina Pest Management to let them know and Troy came back relatively quickly to respray and reapply the outdoor granules. Since the reapplication, we haven't really noticed any more ant issues. We did, however, recently discover that our mouse traps are empty or nearly empty of poison and we seem to have discovered a mouse problem. Since we started a quarterly plan, Troy has come back out and doubled up on our mouse poison so, hopefully, that undiscovered problem will disappear soon. The only thing that we noticed was that the Angie's List Deal wasn't really much of a deal since regular price for the treatments is $90 instead of the $150 or so that was listed on the deal. Still, we've been pretty satisfied with the price for the professionalism, responsiveness, and seemingly effective treatment.

We've been using them for twenty years so obviously we are very satisfied with the service that we have gotten from them. Primarily we are just pleased with their services. If we have any problems after they treat it, they will come out and get it fixed with no extra charge. Their price is competitive. I haven't really tried to compare the prices with anybody else.

I called Carolina Pest Management to inspect my house after suspecting termites. They were very helpful on the phone and sent someone out immediately. When it was confirmed that my house did have termites, Bob went over the treatment options with me and pricing. The quoted price was 1/3 of what was quoted to me by one of the big named pest control companies for the exact same work. Bob was also easily accessible by phone and answered many more of my questions after he left. It was easy to set up an appointment for the treatment. The team was on time and worked very efficiently. The company office also called to ensure that the team was at my house on time and that everything was going as expected. A supervisor came out to inspect the finished work, walked me around to show me what was done, answered all of my questions and left me his card. The bill came a couple days later in the mail and was the exact price that was quoted at the beginning. It's concerning to find out your house has termites, but I could not have asked for this process to go smoother. I highly recommend Carolina Pest Management and will be using them for any future needs.

I have used them for a year and a half, and they have been good; I like them. Apart from the general spraying, if I have a problem, they will handle it. There is an initial fee when they do it the first time, but the quarterly fee is about $90. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They are fine. I haven't compared their price. They are very responsive.

Went with Carolina Pest Management based on positive ratings/feedback on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. They walked through their available services in detail and allayed any concern we had regarding using pest control around our small dog. Company was prompt and responsive and the service was quickly completed for a very fair price. Plan on using them regularly and would recommend them to anyone.
