Technician arrived right on time and got to work immediately after inquiring about my needs. He spot cleaned when necessary and worked diligently. He completed the work in one hour and did everything I asked. He was polite and asked if I was satisfied with the work. His attention to small details was appreciated.

Two young adults did the cleaning, and did a very thorough and impressive job. We're very pleased.

Very well. The workers were so cooperative and helpful, especially in rolling up area rugs, cleaning them, and carrying them outside to dry. They made some very old, soiled carpets look so much better. I was very pleased with the results. They also used safe, environmentally friendly cleansers.

They are cleaned my large area rug. They made it look almost new again! Both services turned out better than expected.

They were flexible with the offer I had purchased, I only have a 2 bedroom townhouse but they let me use a hallway and stairway as 2 other areas and there was no extra charge. They showed up right on time and were very professional and courteous throughout. I had procrastinated having this chair and ottoman cleaned for years (forgot, no good time in schedule...), my point being it was actually embarrassingly filthy... It actually gets more use after moving last year and is so nice to sit in something I know is clean now. They did a great job. I've reached out about getting a rug cleaned/protected... Thanks!

Called in advance and arrived on time. Gave a good price on some additional rooms and stain protector. Completed the work very quickly and efficeintly - no mess left behind. Very satisfied.

Tony went above expectations on the cleaning. He paid very close attention to some deep stains and was very professional and prompt.

Did an excellent job, 95% of spots/stains came up; carpet is now refreshed and all done without chemicals! Could not have delivered better! Highly recommended.

Great experience! Very easy to schedule time with and great work! We have kids and dogs and have accumulated all kinds of stains on the carpet. They got them all out and left it looking great. We'll use Toney's again in the future.

Mr. Toney arrived on time, was very pleasant, listened to what my thoughts were and make recommendations based on those thoughts. He worked hard and made my ten year old carpets look fantastic. Will be using him again!
