We used Toney's Floor Care to clean the carpets and a throw rug of our new house. Stephen was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. We had to reschedule at the last minute because of a power outage. Stephen was understanding and squeezed us in the next day. The carpets and the throw rug look great and smelt great! Would highly recommend.

Toney's did a great job cleaning our pet stained carpets. They also cleaned our air ducts and we could tell the difference right away. We are literally breathing easier now that Toney's did their magic! We have a 3200 sq.ft. house and feel like we got our money's worth for the size of the job and how wonderful our house looks and feels.

Steve Toney and his helper arrived on time. They were very efficient and did an excellent job of rotating and cleaning the area rug. They were also very respectful of the pandemic guidelines.

Cleaned all the carpeted areas of our large two story home. It’s never looked so good! Team was thorough and meticulous so it took a bit longer than I’m used too. But quality always does. Recommend without reservation.

Toneys always shows up and they work their butt off! I made the mistake one time to get another company in who was nice, but they were no where near as thorough. I won't make that mistake again. Toney did go up on our price this past time BUT the amount of effort and pride they put into our job, I can not complain. Everytime we've had them these guys bust their tail and make our carpets look brand new. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Did a great job of cleaning and explaining the necessity of doing this every 5 years as our system was way over due and it was a mess. Their process made a lot of sense in cleaning dust and mold while capturing it so it didn't spread into our home. Also, gave us confidence that their HEPA filters were effective.

Called Toney’s floor care to have work done. They called when leaving their last job, and arrived on time. Work was explained, and then performed. They have the state of the art cleaning equipment. Work performed in a meticulous manner. Would definitely hire for this work performed. Also have used them for grout cleaning , sealing, carpet cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Showed up on time and went right to work. Finished in a very reasonable amount of time for a very fair price. No problems with anything and all was done as promised.

Steve picked up large area rug for cleaning and then went out of his way to get moth balls since I intended to store it for a long time. Everything just the way I wanted it. He is the kind of person who takes pride in his service and it shows. Wish more people had his ethic.

Arrived on time. Owner present. They have a work ethic I have not seen in YEARS. Job was beautifully done and our kitchen has never looked so good. On site about 3 hours and we could not have been more pleased with results and professionalism. Even my husband was astounded when he got home and saw how good it looked. Recommend without reservation!

They were in and out in about 1.5-2 hours with no mess left behind. The grout took an additional 2-3 hours to dry from the sealant they applied but that was expected. Very courteous and professional!

Steve did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. We have a large family & our carpet had many stains on it. He was able to get all of them out except one that I knew probably wouldn't come out (which he told me before he started that it probably wouldn't) It did lighten up a lot though. I would definitely recommend him. I thought his price was very reasonable too!

I planned to move into the house I closed on over the memorial day weekend and nobody had availability. Steve accepted my request and showed up on time. I found out on entering the house that the water was shut off, and we had to borrow 10 gallons of hot water from my new neighbors. Steve didn’t hesitate in taking the water from them and completed the work requested as scheduled. Carpet cleaning was done perfectly and he also walked me through the spots he couldnt get the stains from (those were tough stains). Steve is very professional and performed excellent job! Would definitely call again for future needs.
