Called to schedule the appointment and was able to get the cleaning scheduled quickly. A couple of days before coming they called to confirm. We were the last appointment for the day so I was not surprised that they were running a few minutes late. They called to keep us up to date so we would not worry about the time. They came in and checked out the areas we needed cleaning: stairs, hallway, guest bedroom, and living room. They were quick, thorough, and cleaned up their mess afterward. They did a great job and we will use them again!

Steve and his crew did a great job!! They were timely, professional, and thorough. He even came back the next day to work some more on a tough pet stain. I love supporting a local small business! I have been disappointed with a lot of other carpet cleaning companies in the past - we will definitely use Toney's Floor Care again. I didn't list a price because we purchased a Big Deal for our first service.

It went very smoothly. The crew came on time and was able to do my carpets within about an hour and a half. Would definitely do business again.

Zach did an amazing job! He showed up early, which was no big deal since the rental house was empty. He was extremely polite and did such an amazing job! The carpets, which were not cleaned in between us renting and the previous renters, look almost brand new! They even did the closets! I am going to call Toney's Floor Care to clean the carpets in our new home! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Very good. They had to travel over an hour to get to my house, but were on time and ready to start. They took their time and did a very thorough job. I highly recommend them.

Overall excellent. A couple of stubborn stains reappeared after the carpet dried.

Steve was on-time and was extremely friendly and professional. They aren't the fastest (cleaned for close to 4 hours) but the outcome was the best my carpets have ever looked. I would hire them again and I have already passed their name along to 2 of my neighbors. These are THE carpet cleaning guys that you want to use!

Two techs showed up on time and completed work in about 2 hours. They were polite, did a very good job and cleaned up properly. Only issue was I was told they would have moved furniture out of bedrooms if I had purchased thru them directly and not thru Angie's list. I moved peripheral items out of room myself while they watched.

They were so thorough! They used an enzyme treatment in the rooms I had let stains. They took their time and were very friendly.

I have cats and dogs and I was afraid that some of the pet stains were permanently in my carpets. They cleaned the carpets and the stains were gone. It was cleaner than I had expected. They did a great job!
