Steve called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and arrived exactly at the time they said they would. We looked at my carpet and discussed a few pet stains which I thought would be hard to remove based on past experience with other carpet cleaning companies. They were able to get the stains out and even added an odor protector at no charge. The work was very professional and they took time to be very detailed and careful. I will definitely use they again and refer them to business clients. Thanks Steve

When asked if the provider could also shampoo throw rugs and small rugs the provider agreed and took them away to perform this service at his facility. This was above and beyond and I am pleased that this extra work is being done.

Steve and Zach were right on time and got to work immediately. Before they started I pointed out a small tear in the carpet and asked if they had the tools and ability to fix it. Steve looked at it and said that he could do it for a few extra dollars but if it didn't work then no charge. He was in fact able to fix it and that was a little bonus. The carpet cleaning went well and despite the fact I have a dog and cheap white carpet that is almost 13 years old most of the stains came out. I wasn't expecting miracles so it's good enough for me. The only thing I would nitpick is how damp the carpet was when we got home. I kind of expected it but now a days you hear of other cleaning machines that keep everything pretty dry. It was also very humid outside and rainy so I'm not surprised. It's not a negative just a heads up you will have to wait until the next day to put your furniture back. I will use them again for sure. Well done.

I have to say that Tony's Floor Care is AWESOME!!! Tony went over and beyond any carpet cleaner would have. Even though the special offer did NOT include moving furniture he did. He arrived earlier than appointment time and was very accommodating. He not only did a great job but he and his crew were very professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. Very professional. Good attention to detail. He wanted me to be happy with the job. Some spots reappeared as the carpet dried. I think they are just really tough stains. Overall my carpets look great!

Steve was very responsive and professional. He worked with me to get the work done as soon as possible because I had family coming in that weekend. He arrived on time, did a great job, was very personable, and gave me a quote for future work. I felt he was very trustworthy, definitely quality oriented and I would use him again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 2 rooms for $49. Since I also wanted additional work done, Mr. Toney and I connected over the phone to discuss. For a couple of the things I was interested in, he recommended waiting until he got to my appointment to see the surfaces in person before determining whether it would be worth cleaning them or not. I appreciated his honesty. He and his assistant arrived on time and we walked through what work was going to be done. Everything went smoothly and they both worked steadily to clean all the areas. After everything was cleaned, we did a walk through to ensure it all met my expectations, and it did. I appreciate Mr. Toney's attention to detail, professionalism and punctuality and would gladly recommend his company to friends and family.

The front hall stairs were in terrible shape before being cleaned. Steve had asked what percentage of improvement I would like to see. While he could not guarantee 100% I think he got pretty close! The stairs look wonderful and new again. As for the sofas, we have cats and unfortunately they have been urinated on. Whatever cleaner/enzyme was used worked miracles. I have found with most cleaners, a lingering scent remains even after the item being cleaned has dried. I can put my nose in the sofa and smell nothing! No pee and no cleaner. With that being said there is a fragrance to the cleaner that was strong (to me) during the cleaning and drying process but overall is one of the more milder cleaner i have smelled. After all said and done the stairs and sofas have new life. I could not be more pleased and will definately use them again.

They did a great job. My rugs look almost new.... which is saying a lot since they are actually 22 years old! They were really wet and it took almost 24 hours to dry completely... that was a drag, but the quality of the work was fantastic! I am very pleased. :)

Excellent! Toney's was on time, they completed the work im @1-1/2 hour, they cleaned up and even placed furniture in the rooms on protectors. I was totally pleased!

My carpeting was heavily stained and dirty...so...We agreed on the extra charge for stain removal. The negotiating process went so smoothly that I asked for a quote on cleaning the upholstery on my sofa a love seat. We scheduled an appointment. Steve and his helper showed up at the agreed upon time. (Were even kind enough to notify me 30 minutes before their arrival.) Kept me informed of their procedures...Worked at a steady pace and left several hours later. Their work exceeded my expectations. The carpet is unstained, fresh and clean. The sofa and love seat look as good as new. Everything has a fresh coat of stain repellent. I prepared the rugs or the carpet beforehand by vacuuming and cleaning as much as I could and getting things out of the way so that he could come in and do his job. As I said before he was very professional very friendly courteous his helper was also explained everything that they were doing and what to do afterwards, and they work very hard and got some very difficult place is clean that was very impressive. I would highly recommend is Steve and his company to anyone and he also does drapes as well as furniture and other things. He came to where I live in Salisbury North Carolina which is about 45 minutes from his location, I was very satisfied with the service and took advantage of the Angie's List special.

Was on time, did a great job cleaning 400 sq. ft. of kitchen tile. Looks like new. I recommend this company for all your floor care needs.

This was the second time I used Toneys Floor Care to clean our office space. Both times they did a great job. Their attention to detail is remarkable. I used other companies in the past, but I will always use Toney's In the future. They set me up on a maintenance schedule and now I don't even have to think about it.

I hired Toney's Floor Care the last time I needed my furniture cleaned and was so impressed by the job they did, I called them again. They are very professional and did such a thorough job. My 6 year old couch and chair set looked like new when they were done! I will be calling them back to do the carpets and area rug next. Highly recommend!

The cleaning was much more thorough than I anticipated. Spots I did not think would ever come out simply disappeared! A really great price for such quality work! You cannot beat it.

I am truly amazed at the results! Steve and Logan take great pride in their work. They got out every old spot and stain. The results were nothing short of miraculous! They worked diligently and invested much time and energy to their tasks. It is the "old fashioned" personal service that you always hope to find, but so rarely do so. My teenage daughter's carpet was in such bad shape from makeup and spills, I was certain it would need to be ripped out, and I had been dreading the cost, and planning that it would be replaced by hardwood . Steve and Logan made it look like BRAND NEW! I just could not possibly be any happier. It was such a pleasure to have Steve and Logan in my home. I will look forward to seeing them again, and plan to have upholstery done next. I am basking in a clean looking and smelling home. Thank you so much Steve and Logan!

They showed up on time worked for four straight hours. The furniture looked as if we had just had it delivered. They were very neat in doing their work and left the house in great condition. The price was beyond fair and I can assure you they will be called to work here again. I would recommend them with no reservations.
