Response from Toney's Floor Care LLC
This customer stated himself that he had to put books on the edges when he bought the rugs to get them to lay down. That statement alone tells you that the customer knew what was going on with the curling of edges. The same thing happens when you wet them. Also, we tried to get a certain spot out, but it was something permanent. I wanted to get the spot out so I worked really hard on that area. My company always strives to make each customer 100% happy. My reviews speak volumes about the quality of my work. I even went back to this customer to try to make him happy, but I could tell from the beginning that he would be hard to deal with. I lost money on this job, yet I was willing to do whatever I could to make the customer happy. If anything this just proves you cannot make every customer 100% happy no matter how good you are. I am sorry this customer had unrealistic expectations on a $49.00 job. I also think the grades given for responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are simply way inaccurate. It is unfair for a customer to wait this long after a job is complete to post a negative review that is not very accurate.
