COMPULSIVE CLEANERS

So far, this service has exceeded my expectations (dusting areas I never dusted; cleaning out my microwave, etc.) I was at home during the first cleaning, so that I could meet the person cleaning my house. I like that it will be the same person cleaning each time and that I can trust her with my house key.

I have been using Compulsive Cleaners now for two months and have been very satisfied.

I called for an estimate. Received call back within a few hours. She doesn't come out to give an estimate, but asks very detailed questions to determine your needs. Won't give a firm estimate, but approximates based on time. After the 3rd time, they use that price going forward. I didn't choose this company, as another company came out and it gave me a better opportunity to know the people. In addition, the other company gave me a price up front.

First of all, they didn't even come out to my house to see it. I find that a bit odd. But after speaking with Sandi (the owner) they really don't need to come out. I will not use this company because I would have to provide all of the cleaning supplies for them. I'm hiring a cleaning person so that I don't have to think about it, as I will not have the time. So, if I have to be sure that I have cleaning supplies on-hand for them, that's not going to alleviate my burden as much as I would like.

I've never had a maid service before and Sandi was very helpful during my initial phone call. She quoted an hourly rate and made sure I knew that the initial cleaning might take longer than subsequent visits. She checked back with me before the first visit and made another call after - to see if I was happy with the service. I've set them up for bi-weekly visits and remain very pleased with the service.

They did a fantastic job. We let them know our expectations and they met them completely.

SANDY TOOK HER TIME AND PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

Arrived on time or called when they would be late. Very good cleaning job. Very satisfied with work and recommend the service.

This was a last minute Saturday appointment, and they made time on short notice and were punctual. I was satisfied with the general job, but did notice a few areas that were missed. Chairs were not moved in the kitchen for the sweeping and mopping;that sort of thing.

I'm pleased with the quality of work, price, and service received.

The owner is very responsive. I've had some issues with the individual cleaners but they will send another if I have a problem. They are really good at first but then I think they try to cut corners. The owner does help me with this issue.

I am over 8 months pregnant and have not been able to get a lot of the cleaning done the way I would like. I first spoke with Sandi about what I was interested in having done and she arranged for Sheri to come out. Sheri arrived on time and after walking through the house to see what all needed to be done she started to get to work. She worked solid for 3.5 hours and did a great job considering the house cleaning had been neglected for a while. If I did not have the supplies she needed, she had her own that she used. I was pleased with her work and their rates are better than a lot of the bigger chains.

I've used this company in the past & was pleased w/ their work. Although I vacuum the carpet, I use Compulsive Cleaners for everything else. Chrissy was thorough & efficient w/ her work. I am very happy w/their services & have decided to use them again on a regular basis.

Sandi teamed me up with Teresa. Teresa is always prompt (she has cleaned my house twice so far). I feel she is thorough. If there is something missed, I'm sure she would gladly correct it. Teresa is polite and has a good memory when it comes to knowing what and how to clean items.

Sandi Leclare is wonderful at communicating and listening to what her clients want. And she will cater your cleaning to your needs and budget. Her employees are friendly, neat and punctual.

Sandi has been very professional and provides high standards for her employees. Kari had met those standards and has done a wonderful job of cleaning our home.

Had never been able to find a cleaning service in which I was both comfortable with them being in our home and happy with their work until I found Compulsive Cleaning. Prices are very reasonable, and Paris has been doing a fine job for us since June 2005. It is a wonderful service that frees up precious time. Compulsive Cleaning continues to be a great experience for us.

Excellent work experience. Timely, thorough, and trustworthy. Very accommodating when conflicts force us to reschedule.

WE'RE ON OUR THIRD CLEANER AND ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS ONE AND WILL GLADLY CONTINUE USING THE SERVICE. THE FIRST TWO WERE NOT NEARLY AS GOOD, BUT THEY WERE ADEQUATE

THE INITIAL VISIT WAS A SURPRISE FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY; IT TURNED OUT SO WELL THAT NOW THEY'RE VISITING US MONTHLY. WONDERFUL PEOPLE, DID A GREAT JOB, AND REASONABLE RATES. I'D GIVE THEM MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

SANDI, THE OWNER, AND I HAD A LITTLE BIT OF A STRUGGLE GETTING IN TOUCH. SHE ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND ESTIMATED $200-300 OVER THE PHONE - 3 CLEANING PEOPLE AT $30/HR. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE AT 9:30. ONLY 1, STEPHANIE, OF THE 3 SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE OTHER 2 GOT THERE ABOUT 1.5 HRS LATER. I WAS A BIT SURPRISED ABOUT THE ACTUAL PRICE, BUT MY HOUSE WAS MESSY SO MAYBE THAT WAS IT. ALL THE LADIES WERE GREAT, AND MY HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN. BECAUSE OF THE PRICE, I'M UNSURE IF I'LL USE THEM AGAIN OR NOT.

GOOD WORK, VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS.

FRIENDLY & PERSONABLE. SEEMED BUSY. NOT SATISFIED WITH THE INITIAL CLEANING, AS SOME VERY OBVIOUS THINGS WERE MISSED. THEY DID SEND SOME ONE TO REDO THE WORK, BUT I HAD FINISHED IN THE MEANTIME, AND LET THEM GO. SLOW TO RETURN CALLS.
