We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got service, the same day we called. The workers were very pleasant and explained everything very well before proceeding and after the work was done. In hindsight, we might have been wise to "shop around" as the bill was more than we had anticipated but they were clear about not proceeding unless we agreed.

The service crew arrived on time, as scheduled. They performed the work, locating a buried lid and installed a new riser for us. They re-laid a stone pathway that was covering it and it looks fantastic. Final cost was below the estimate! Great job!! They will have my business forever!!

Most homeowners don't realize that a septic tank needs to be cleaned/ serviced every 3-5 years depending on usage. Septic risers allow our septic technicians to have ground access to your septic system. This brings down the cost of the maintenance and it also allows for easy checking on potential issues. As a plumbing and septic company it is hard to know if your home is backing up because of a full septic tank or a drain line blockage. Had a home warranty near expiration so wanted to get A/C inspected. They came out and not only inspected but found the heat had not been properly set up since installed a few years back by previous owner. The only other issue they found was a bad relay. Unfortunately that wasn’t covered by the home warranty as still had the manufacturers warranty, but they did it that day. The part was covered by the manufacture warranty, but they would’ve used an inferior part vs. the better one installed. Even after service was complete, their office staff and owner took time to get all the warranty info as well as how to transfer.
