He listened to my concerns and explained everything to me before and during the time of service. Educating as he performed the tasks at hand. I can’t recommend him or this company more! I can't say enough about how great the service from All About Heat & Air gave us this weekend! I called on a Saturday morning with a problem concerning my heat pump. They gave me an appointment for the next day, Sunday, because they work 7 days a week. Within an hour they had called back to offer me an appointment that very day due to a cancellation. The technician, Cole, sent a text letting me know he was on his way. He was polite and friendly. He knew right away what the problem was and it was solved within less than 30 minutes. Even though the problem was caused by my installation of a new thermostat, Cole did not make me feel stupid or foolish. Cole even went to the trouble to be sure he had picked up all the small pieces of copper wire that had fallen to the carpet. I would definitely recommend to all my friends that they call All About Heat & Air when they need a HVAC specialist!

Two technicians replaced our old HVAC unit helped by one for a couple of hours. They began working at 9am and finished by 2pm! Their workmanship was exemplary.

They came on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem at no cost. Then they saved us over $1700 by finding a replacement motor and controller and not buying it from Bryant/Carrier. They found one nearby and installed it on Monday. We had originally contacted one of the larger, established local firms who charged us just to diagnose the problem and wanted to order the OEM replacement. Even just replacing just the controller that way would have cost double what the motor-controller combo cost using All About. The markups on these parts is just ridiculous. All About Heat & Air earned my future business.

From first contact to finished installation our experience with this company was perfect, outstanding. We purchased a home and needed a new HVAC system. A new HVAC system sounds like a hassle, but these folks made it easy. Trinity, Jeff, Erik, Colton, and Austin are so professional and just a pleasure to have in your home, they go out of their way to be helpful. They were at my house in about an hour. Very fast and friendly service. The drain was unclogged and he gave me ideas on how to maintain the drain better. Will call again if we need anymore plumbing work done.

Erik and Austin were amazing! We had an out of the ordinary request with our HVAC system. We had a baby possum that had gotten into the duct work and found his way into the coils in our unit. They went above and beyond and saved the possum. Extraordinary care and service. Highly recommend this company!

AAHA were the first to come out and give an estimate for the HVAC. I was impressed with their knowledge of the systems and my needs. Went with the Bosh dual fuel BG96 system. Installers did a 5 star install. Very happy with the system. They really responded to my questions. When they were installing I made a comment about the piping. Next time I went to see the progress, piping was moved! These guys are really customer oriented. Theirs was not the lowest bid I got from 3 HVAC dealer estimates I contacted but they were the most eager and agreeable to do business with. Nice HVAC even when temp not hot but humid put it on and it will stay on low speed to lower house humidity!

Everything went well. The response was fast, they gave us an estimate of the problem, went to get the supplies and returned and repaired the problem. They were also helpful in setting us up with a restoration company due to some mold issues that they found.

Fabulous - they were able to come out on Monday after my emergency call on Sunday. Brandon (the technician) was very knowledgeable and accommodating and was able to replace the water heater that afternoon! We will definitely use from now on!
