All About Heat & Air just installed two new heat pumps, replacing our old ones. The installers were very professional and did a great job. We also got much better systems at a similar price compared to other estimates. The Co inspector was just here and both systems passed. He commented on the high quality of the install and said that All About Heat & Air does some of the best work around. He also noted that Bosch units seem to be far superior compared to other top brands. He wished he had Bosch in his home. Thanks again for a job well done.

Great. Arrived in three hours from time of call which included the lunch hour. Was also impressed with the text message received advising that a technician had been dispatched which included the technicians photo.

He found a wire loose and check everything out to make sure nothing else was bad or wrong with the unit. He recommended a service call to service it this fall and replace any bad parts.

I moved into a new (to me) condo in January. Just about the beginning of July, my A/C decided to give up the ghost. All About Heating & Air came out and diagnosed the problem...a cracked coil on a 15-year-old unit. It could be replaced, but R22 is being discontinued and very expensive. I decided to upgrade to a new system that I knew would give me 15 more years and save me some money on energy costs. All About Heating & Air gave me a fair price as well as their usual promptness, great communication, and making sure everything was up and running. These are my go-to guys.

We had an emergency over a holiday weekend that came from a Leaky pipe that ended up requiring a full replacement of our HVAC and water heater along other repairs. Even though we weren’t customers when we reached out ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, they responded in record time, recommended a great restoration company, and handled the majority of the insurance needs. If there was a way to give them an extra star, I would!

Punctual, respectful, professional. The tech explained what was included in the up-front price before starting. He advised me that one of my two systems had a tiny leak, which he fixed, and explained the cost of freon before charging the system to full. No surprise charges with this company.

Excellent! They are called in to confirm work done by another contractor, found the problem and totally fixed it to specs. We will be using them in the future for all our HVAC and possibly plumbing needs.

Wonderfully well! Friendly, professional crew showed up on time, finished as predicted. Clarence, the owner/leader is a highly trained, honest, thorough expert. He examined my old system to look for problems. Told me the truth about what was OK and what wasn't. Didn't come in and just say :"Oh you need a whole new system " Price was competitive with two other bids. System works very well; one small glitch he has promised to return and correct. I recommend him without reservation.

It was a Friday night emergency. They were there as promised first thing Saturday morning. Prompt, efficient, professional AND they cleaned up the mess! Very careful about sanitizing and social distance as well. Very honest, good work for a very fair price. We will call them again.

Great in my opinion but the man that did the job did a professional job in a timely manner.

Anthony was great. Professional, punctual, and responsive to questions. The job involves removing an old electronic interface module at the furnace, which is why it wasn’t something I could do myself. It also involved running a new thermostat wire, which he recommended a separate electrician perform (coordinated and contracted by All About Heating and Air), rather than having him do it. Doing it this way saved me several hundred dollars - which I definitely appreciate! I’ll be calling on them again if I need any other HVAC or plumbing services.

The technician (Time) was very thorough about knowledge of the system and took the time needed to clean the entire tank. Time was also helpful by giving some valuable advise on how to maintain a healthy system to prevent any possible issues in the future. The invoice included before and after photos confirming all work was actually performed. I would highly recommend All About Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
