I got VHEC’s name from the Angi app. Derek returned my call immediately and understanding the urgency of the situation he swung into action! They obtained the parts, replaced the box, coordinated all the necessary county permits and inspections and had my box ready for Duke to restore the power by 3pm. Getting all that completed in 5-hours during the week of Christmas was nothing short of a miracle.
