Description of Work: My hot water heater was leaking and I called Drain Pro's to advice me on my options. I was not looking forward to having to replace my hot water heater especially right before the holidays. They sent a nice technician to my house and fixed my water heater. I was so surprised that they didn't tell me that I needed to replace my water heater that is 15-20 years old. Instead they replaced a $10 part with a small service fee and I was up and running with hot water. Not to mention how happy my wife was with their honesty because she was the one home when they came out. She said they could have easily told her the water heater needed to be replaced and would have had them change it out. Super happy with Drain Pro's!

Description of Work: Brad Cook's company abandoned the job after being paid, leaving every room in my house as well as yard unfinished and in disarray. They left holes and unpainted walls, poor craftsmanship, defective new appliances, tile with missing grout, missing and poorly installed fixtures, jagged trim, construction garbage, damage to other areas and vandalism and theft from disgruntled workers.

Description of Work: The plumber inspected the supply hose to the water closet in the master bedroom. The supply hose had a slow leak, but upon inspection, the hose was intact and showed no signs of wear or perforation. |Brad the plumber, was extremely polite and was easily reached. I would definitely recommend their service as a very honest and transparent plumbing service.

Description of Work: Drain Pro never showed up and waited one hour and fifteen min. and never a call or anything. The appointment was 4:00 pm and I waited until 5:15 and not even a call or anything

Description of Work: Replace drain lines in our drain field. Smoothed out area and covered with seed and pine straw.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater and patch-repaired A/C condensation drain. Shade-tree quality and didn't fix the root of the problem early on. Spent a lot more time than they planned and had to make several trips to make it work. (Broke the first new water heater they installed, then took a long time with the second.). I'm not sure if their work meets building code. They were responsive to my calls for help and they were courteous.

Description of Work: Put in new garbage disposal. Didn't open drain for dishwasher. Had to come back. Then it leaked because no seal put on it. Finally fixed after 3 rd visit.

Description of Work: I called them for a dishwasher repair. The technician called me back very quickly. After a few questions he determined that there was not a plumbing problem, told me how to stop the leak myself so there would be no service charge. This is enough reason for me to call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Description of Work: Upon returning from vacation, I found that my hot water heater at my office/commercial property was leaking from the bottom. I chose Drain Pros because of the good reviews. I called Brad and he came out within 2 hours. He installed a new water heater for me in about 1 hour. Awesome work! The price was reasonable (I called around for quotes). I would definitely use Drain Pros again for any commercial or residential work!

So after searching I found Drain Pros I called them and they responded within the hour. I had the comfort of the actual owner showing up to performed the work which for me is rare. Brad cook owner did a amazing job. I recommend this company!!
