They were professional and courteous the entire time they were here. We will be working with them in the future to replace the rest of the windows that need done. We had a flood originating from an upstairs bathroom sink and had damage to two floors of the home. Upstairs and downstairs. All the carpet had to be removed, ducts to be insulated and wrapped, drywall needing repair, and an entire hall bathroom retire after pulling out the cabinet that was damaged. Somehow I ended up finding New Idea and called with desperation. We couldn't get the insurance company to help us and felt like we were just another claim ignored. Shannon and Mike showed up and immediately put us at ease. They handled communication with the insurance company, walked us through the repair plan, and assured us we would be get through this after two months of feeling like giving up. Shannon and Mike went above and beyond what any other contractor would have done. They treated us like family and made sure our repairs were completed correctly and in a timely manner.
